AA was great! HOWEVER, if I have to pay a refundable deposit (which was not mentioned when I reserved online, and if it was it wasn't clicked on or anything) due at time of rental, why do I have to wait for you to MAIL it back to me? It's as easy as handing the cash right back to me, not a difficult process. I will recommend AA to people but not uhaul. And no veteran discount? SMH

James T.Only problem was that the trailer I rented was supposed to be a 5' x 9' the UTV that I loaded was 57" W and I did not have the 3" that should have been available. I suggest that your rental dimensions be actual.

Donny H.Had a reservation for truck and car hauler. People in front did not and received the same thing we reserved. Our car hauler did not have working tail lights. We're told they only had one other hauler and it was already reserved. Basically told take the broken one or don't take one at all. These things should be inspected for reservations instead of giving away to people without one.

CHRISTINE B.Elaine customer service was poor. Only tightened down the coupler about 90%. I turned it a couple more times after leaving. She didn't know how to put contract under business name. Some retraining would be suggested.

Michael G.Give the instructions for returning the truck after hours ahead of time. These had changed from previous times so it was somewhat confusing at first.
RUTH D.Place your reservation early and call ahead to make sure they have the equipment before arriving. A reservation is just a false warm and fuzzy feeling. Staff is nice but will just shrug their shoulders when they tell you they don't have your stuff. Then they lie about it when you ask them to their face.

KATHLEEN T.Not st all happy with process of mobile application For a person not very Davy with the app it's was a 1 hour process to finish th the online requirements to be able to get the key for truck. Your person on the phone tired to help but it was hard to hear him and his voice was difficult to hear. Will not ever use the mobile method again and hope I don't need your service again. The pickup location was fine but the online process is s terrible experience. My brother in law was able to help Without him I wouldn't have completed process. Will not recommend that method to use your company.

MARK J.Better PM/pre-inspection on trailers would be great. The ratcheting mechanisms on the auto transport were seized up and in dire need of some lubricant. The one on the passenger side didn't ratchet at all. I had to apply some just to get it to move. Not a great thing, especially if I wasn't prepared. The reservation system assigned a different AT to me, and they manually re-assigned me a different one. I think I know why...this one wasn't ready.
