We never saw a person as we dropped the truck off after office hours, but we had filled the gas tank over what it had when we picked it up and was still charge an additional $10 for gas.
BRandy Y.Light fell out of the car dolly an hour into my trip. Wipers didn't wipe rain correctly. Was charged $200 more than what my reservation was for. Was told I'll get a credit when I return and that was a lie.
