The time I reserved my truck for is when I got to there residence to pick up but no one was there so I called multiple times just to speak with someone to get information on how to get keys to my uhaul an about 1130-12 ish I was able to get help an steps to get my keys so I need to know how I have a late fee when I was there on time n took me hours to get my keys

Two things. The battery died on me twice and had to jump it twice! 2nd. I was never told I would be charged extra if I went over 50 miles. Probably in the fine print somewhere. Hopefully they make it right for the inconvenience

Jose was a few minutes late for my scheduled pickup of the trailer. But after checking the lights and finding them not working, Jose checked my fuse, loaned me tools to remove my car molding. He also confirmed the trailer lights were not the problem. He confirmed that the light module in my vehicle was not working. Jose was very helpful and even though he could not fix the problem, he suggested a nearby U-Haul that was open so that I could get the module replaced.

Horrible horrible experience. I left a poor review for this neighborhood dealer. Customer service was bad. The dealer charge me late fee saying I returned the equipment at 9:30pm the next days when I returned the equipment 3 hours after I rented it. The representative at this location was inattentive being on his phone the whole time. When I received a receipt, it was not my signature. I already left a review so I will not go into more detail. Horrible horrible neighborhood dealer. They need reeducation if U-Haul would continue to partner with them.

Their computer was running a little slow but I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't make me mad. If I was in a hurry I probably would have been mad because your already stressed having to move. I will say their communication skills are great.

I was switched to this location from the one I requested. I was supposed to pick up my trailer at 7 a.m. at the first location, but this one did not open until 9 a.m. Then, I waited until 9:15 and no one showed up. I had to rearrange my entire move schedule because of this terrible customer service.

Number for location not working. You shouldn’t allow online check in if key pickup isn’t in place and no way to contact. Then I got charged more in total by having to take a larger truck, A total scam

Trucks are parked along a busy road and scattered down the street. Walking up and down the street looking for the correct truck was a pain. The lock box location is not clearly marked anywhere.

Many cars that needed to be driven through a semi narrow corridor. The site was some sort of auto repair site so this was understandable. The staff helped well enough.

The unit super clean.. the only thing that was hard to find are the locker to pick up the keys after hours. But once I found I was pretty easy. Just more signs that the location is a UHaul location on the street

The gas gauge on the truck DID NOT function properly. I filled the truck up 3 times, waiting multiple minutes in between each, and the meter did not move. As I made my way back to the drop off location with the plan to call UHaul to mention the issue, the meter flipped to FULL. When I picked the truck up it was only half full. Due to the broken meter, I shelled out an extra $50 dollars on gas. This is unacceptable

i was charged for insurance when i never agreed to, i was charged a full price, and the truck was missing a head light and i reported it, and i was told there is nothing they can do about it, to call corporate. planned expense was $100 and i ended up getting charged double

This location did not have easy access to the lock boxes and looked and felt very unprofessional and unsafe with tons of old and abandoned cars throughout the parking lot.

I was going to return the truck early but looked on the contract and decided to wait til was due. She called several times asking to return the truck before it was due. The lady gave my husband an attitude and acted like we were not going to return the truck, and was not professional. We also put gas in it before we returned it to find out she charged us anyway. I have always used Uhaul in every move in Arizona, but will never use this location we dropped off ever again. Thankfully the area field manager refunded us the gas charge. Please improve on customer service and drop off protocols. Thank you

As far as customer service, the person up front didn't mention Uhaul only accepts there own insurance and there is an automatic $14 insurance fee added. If this place would have bothered to mention this since the beginning I would not be making it a big deal. But its unfortunate they don't take 10seconds out of there time to mention this because its in the contract! Per there response!

Business asked me to drive into a mud pit over a curb to park it. Also charged me a cleaning fee when the uhaul was in awful shape. Also charged me a fuel fee which wasn’t accurate. Very disappointed. Ship itself smelled awful and was essentially a junkyard with trucks around it.

Was told that the truck had to be delivered to this location which was approximately 30 miles from where it was unloaded. Because of this, i had to pay for extra mileage. The business was closed @10:15 AM so nobody was there to receive the truck. We had to wait an hour for someone to show up so we could move the truck to get our car out of the very limited parking lot. It was a joke and I will not recommend this location to anyone.

The vehicle i drove several times coincidentally, had a problem with the ac not staying cold in normal driving. Also, please update your website. I tried to check my vehicle back in on line the last time I rented and the web site couldn't find my location. Even though I had my location on. Uhaul still charged me $20 without a refund yet.

I was shocked when I didn't have to completely give them all my information like I was re-applying for the Uhaul....I have had to do this at every Uhaul location but here. It was painless and fast.

I did 24/7 pick up. My truck was ready and in great shape, but there was no dolly nor any furniture pads, which I had ordered. I had to contact customer service and have those items refunded.

I rented in Longmont, but had to go to Denver to get the truck! Ridiculous! 30 plus miles which is why I overused the 157 mile allowance.

Jose was nice but the 10 foot truck was not available so we spent an hour trying to get a different truck. The tank was at 1/2 and he didn’t tell us we only needed to return at 1/2 so we filled the tank upon return and it was just under $100.

This location was wonderful and very helpful. Separately, Uhaul was terrible. When I called 1 800 go uhaul I waited on hold for over an hour, only to be hung up on with no one ever answering. A&A unlimited and Vicky was so helpful even though uhaul itself was not.

I wouldn't recommend a Uhaul in general to anyone now because of how bad the services and trucks are.
