Van I rented was not actually available. Storefront was closed in the middle of the day so no way to ask for help when I couldn’t pick up through the app. Pickup through the app took almost 45 minutes, they wanted way to much info and location services on which was weird. Will never rent like that again.

ANDRES MNever saw a human. Dropped it off. No one was present. Called and got a response but it took two days to check it in and when they finally did they charged me for a gallon of gas. I overfilled it to make sure that didn't happen so that was ridiculous. Don't use this location. I'm disgusted.
TROY HIt was completely unprofessional, no customer service, nobody knew what they were doing. It took an hour for them to figure out how to use their own system and how to get a key out of the lock box. It was like walking into a daycare, they had five toddlers running around and annoyingly loud cartoons blaring. This place should not be in business at all
