ROSALIE VThe wheel straps on the tow dolly were not set up correctly, which allowed the front wheels to turn. When we returned the vehicle in Dallas the manager was very concerned about this.

DORIS HTwo things I noticed were the lack of power to outlets to charge phone. Normally not concerning but when traveling far it s nice to know one can charge phone. The other thing was the right back door not reliably staying open so that makes loading more difficult for me anyway! Other than that all was well!
JENNIFER NVerified the gas tank is mark right to make sure is correct before u leave so you can put the same amount back on the truck other than that everything was great 💯💯💯 people there was very helpful & nice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

KELLY GThe owners of the property were on-site, but Uhaul personnel were not there despite what I had understood when I rented. The app kept crashing when trying to upload pictures during the return process. I then proceeded to call for a representative who informed me that the return had been completed.
Paul GMy rental was a nightmare with the rotting food smell, which I asked to get replaced but was denide, I was having headaches the whole time I was driving it. It turns out the GM called me to ask when I was brining in the vehicle; not sure what that was about since I wasn't late. Disgusting. I am now a penski customer.

PTRICI BI had a reservation but there was not truck for me at the original location that I reserved at. How?! That’s what a reservation is for! I didn’t know about it until 6:30 am - 1hour before movers showed up to my house. Then it was a scramble to find a different truck at a location 10 miles further away. That’s terrible customer service. I will not be recommending U-Haul to anyone. In fact I will be actively encouraging people away from it.

Jason LThis location did fine.UHaul, however, had performance that SUCKED!!!! I had made a reservation at a different location and was not notified of it being shifted to another location. Showed up where I made the reservation, called Uhaul to see wtf, and was sent to this location with a promise (Nathan at 800-468-4285 on July 11) of $50 credit for the reservation not being honored. You can be certain that THIS promise has not been honored either...still charged the full amount for this rental. Overall, Uhaul sucks!

Adam GI absolutely love this place. They are always friendly and willing to help. The inside of the truck could have been a bit cleaner. Someone had spilled something sticky on drivers side step up to vehicle and the door was hard to open, but overall amazing
KATHY CThe staff was wonderful and friendly! I really appreciated their upbeat attitude. My issue was that I reserved the truck for 9am and no one was at the location until after 9am. I had requested a pickup in which I didn’t need the staff for this exact reason but the truck hadn’t been checked in so I couldn’t get it. As a result I didn’t get the truck until 9:20.
Jonathan HThe rental cost should have been $40, but because they aren't open on Sundays for me to return it, they charged me for another day and the total rental fee was over $100. I rented similar trailers from Storage Perfect and we never had issues like this. I won't rent from them again.

Mariana MI had reserved an appliance dolly along with my truck rental, but the dolly was not in the truck when I picked it up. Since the rental office was closed at the time of check out, there was no one to help with the missing equipment. I contacted U-Haul customer service and was told they would note my issue and I might receive a refund for the cost of the dolly after I return the truck, if a supervisor chooses to approve a refund. Not having the dolly I reserved made it difficult to move my appliances.
