Excellent managed care for me
RICHARD MWould have been nice to have all the bugs washed off the front, lights, and windshield. It was difficult for me to reach at a gas station. Otherwise they were excellent. So friendly, quick and professional.
WARREN FA&H was clean and assistant was very helpful, however, very dissatisfied that I did not get notified when my pickup location was changed at no fault of A&H, but Uhaul booking experience. The original location we showed up at Loyalty Motel was also okay, but these locations are not notified when changes are made either. Uhaul needs better communication tools so all are aligned. Went an hour round trip out of way pushing me late with paid workers waiting.

Stacy EThe Cochran Georgia location was great, but Holders in Eastman was terrible, Eastman was where I reserved originally but when I got there, they didn't have a trailer, so I had to call uhaul to find another location which they did but the Eastman location was not very good.
David CTHIS LOCATION WAS GREAT! I had reserved truck Two Weeks ahead, and was told where ant tome of ickupo. Truck was not ready or there. Was rescheduled for later time. Still no show. Was told to go to another City (Forsythe) 30 miles away, to get another truck. Enroute to that location, I was told to go to Cochran GA which was about 40 miles in the opposite direction. People in Cochran were really nice, but the equipment dispatch group need to pull up
Fred WI went to pick the U-Haul up at 9 and they said they couldn’t give me the U-Haul because their system was down so I would need to do the self check in (which was fine) but the whole U-Haul site was having system maintained (during the time allowing people to book uhauls for the time) So I couldn’t get the U-Haul. Ended up saying I could call the 1-800 number and maybe get checked in there but they also couldn’t help and was actually very rude about it. She then hung up on me. I ended up sitting at the U-Haul place for a hour to finally being able to get self checked in. Got the U-Haul key to realize the dolly’s I paid for wasn’t at the location and her response was “idk why they allow yall to book dolly’s because we don’t have any at this location.” So I also had no dolly to use luckily a friend loaned me one last minute. I wouldn’t say it was the U-Haul locations fault but definitely actual U-HAUL SITE/ company.
Desiree BCochran was a 40 min drive to get to. The people were friendly and helpful just out of the way .

DinaariesAND RThe gentlemen who checked us out was firstly annoyed that the app was not working properly for us to do self check out so he had to do it. Secondly he didn’t want to go get the keys from the lock box so gave us a different truck which was so disgusting and filthy it took me forty five minutes to clean. There was garbage and food on the floor, it stunk, the steering wheel and seats were so black and dirty it took me half an hour just to wipe down those and one of the cup holders was literally filled with water.

Elizabeth PWe were charged one dollar per mile for overage mileage even though we informed the person at the drop off location we had no air conditioning during that 50 miles. Other than that the truck operated well.

Danielle SThis location was 22 miles away from my original location. I received a call the morning of my reservation stating that the truck was not available at my location. I had to upgrade to a bigger truck which cost me a lot more in gas. I also had to drive a long way from my original location. I told them that I could not pick up the truck at the original time, but they still locked it in for that time. When I arrived at the place, I had to switch to 24/7. I spent 15 minutes waiting on the phone the first time and they immediately sent me to the 24/7 line. Then I had to wait 45 minutes to actually speak to someone.
