BILLY PTry to divert to a location closer to the direction the customer is going. First sent to Warner Robins. Stood in line over 30 minutes and watched a trailer the size I was scheduled to get hooked to another vehicle. Then I was told they didn't have a trailer and was diverted to Fort Valley which was farther away from the direction I was going. Try to get input from the customer when scheduling pickup location
