Friendly Staff
Danny DOwner was impatient and rude. Other staff was nice, but I would not recommend renting from this place. Go to the U-haul in Gulfport or DIberville if you want clean U-haul and staff that are considerate and willing to help the customer and not make them feel like they are an inconvenience.
Heidi DAttendant didn't know how to return the rental. Had to ask another employee and call someone else to complete.

He refused to hang up the phone and his communication and direction was poor to say the least. He almost seemed intoxicated I would never bother with this location again in all honesty.

Did not have the reserved equipment available for me and was told to find a different location. and were no help the next day with the car trailer, and did not connect it to the truck correctly. we went to a different location to get it checked and fixed.
Sietske DThey did not input the correct end milage from the previous driver which nearly led to a fully lost deposit for me. They also didn't empty the truck after the last driver which led to loud banging noises as dollies and other rolling items were mobile in the back of the truck while on the road.
Josh HI had to wait an extra hour longer because one of the customers took the key home. I deserve a discount because this my whole timing off track especially meeting with the movers hired through Ihaul.

david mI made the reservation at 6pm for a 6:30pm pick-up the same day (30 mins later). I arrived at the Uhaul location, and the mini-mart clerk told me the the Uhaul lady left for the day even though the location hours were supposed to be until 9:30pm. The clerk put me on the phone with her and she said when she gets home in 10 mins, she will call the mini-mart back and help me. So I waited... When she did call back, she went through all the same things to "reserve" the trailer that I had already did on the phone 45 mins prior, so I was standing in that mini-mart on their phone for 20+ mins. This was NOT an enjoyable experience, time-consuming and extremely frustrating!!

Also, I made the reservation at a different location but they did not have the equipment so I had to make alternate reservation and drive additional 40+ miles. The attendant at the original location was rude, acting like it was my fault, that I should’ve known the equipment might not be available. She said ‘I can’t control when people return equipment’.

Gregory NNo one was there when I showed up to return the trailer though online it said they were open. I had to return it by a certain time so I didn’t get charged another day. They showed up 30 minute later and were on the phone with the owner trying to get info on how to do returns/pick ups (there was another couple trying to pick up) The owner was home and the people working didn’t know how to do any U-Haul stuff. Which I do not blame them, I blame the owner. Thank God for the app but this place was very strange and extremely unhelpful.

Mushtaq HDO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! I actually stopped by IN PERSON THREE DAYS BEFORE my reservation to check in, make sure they had the equipment and would be there at 10am on Friday. The person working was very nice, but she said she would not be working that day - it would be someone else. Well, I showed up on Friday at 10am and NO ONE WAS THERE! It's a mini-mart, how is it not open by 10am?? I called the store telephone and heard it just ring and ring. Knocked and no answer. I waited until 10:15 and then finally called U-Haul Customer Service. I was told "he just ran to the bank, he'll be right back". Don't know how he could come back if he was never there to begin with, but ok. He showed up about 10 minutes later looking like he'd just climbed out of bed. (And in fact, he told me later that he had taken some pain pills last night and that's why he looked all disheveled and it was actually his day off so he wasn't even supposed to be there!) Then he had to call someone else entirely to come to the store just to be able to check me out...he didn't even know how to update the reservation on the U-Haul site!! And then, as if all of that wasn't enough, they DIDN'T HAVE THE DOLLY that I had reserved!!!!! I ended up being an hour and a half behind schedule because of this stupid location!!!!!! U-HAUL YOU NEED TO DO BETTER WITH YOUR "NEIGHBORHOOD" FRANCHISEE LOCATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Philip HThis location was very convenient for drop off with great hours as well. BUT we dropped our Uhaul off on Friday about 5:40pm and had to go back Sunday at 9:00am because they still hadn’t checked in our truck!
David BI'm 67, have moved many times & used UHaul @ least a couple dozen times in multiple states across the country. Never have I experienced the blatant apathy in fulfilling a [guaranteed] reservation, as A&J, Biloxi. The closest pickup location for me, it was the poorest rental location, by far, of any in my experience. Were it not for 2 consecutive days of significant insistence on my part, 3 A&J individuals(?) & 4 UHaul reps including 2 regional reps (11/30 & 12/1) & the tenacity/concern of the last rep (& me) in fulfilling my need... My move would have been "wrecked". A&J will receive no recommendation, or further business from me, I'm sorry to say. The 2 regional reps have my compliments & my gratitude.

Thomas BTrailers were not “customer ready”. Tires with separated belts and a lack of integrity. Over charged and lied to. Paper work backs up my statement, now waiting for approval for my refund because of their dishonesty… Would not recommend pick up location; drop off location was helpful and organized..

Deborah BI did not receive the dolly I reserved. The woman working when I returned my truck said she couldn’t help me with that and I could not reach U-Haul to help me. The truck was filthy and again she didn’t care and brushed me off saying it’s a local truck and who knows what they do in those vehicles. Overall she was rude and didn’t care that I was unsatisfied. Will not rent there ever again and will make sure to others about my awful experience there.

Perry TThe gauge for fuel is broken, it kept on one spot so I kept putting on gas. Until I full tanked it and I only supposed to replace half a tank. Hopefully I could get a refund.
Tiffany MMake it clear that large touring motorcycles like Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycles may have issue clearing the top of the ramp of the MT Motorcycle trailers. I had to put boards under the ramp to lessen the angle to clear the bed edge.
Tim JShanice, with her big smile, was so nice and treated me well. I have been here twice as I’ve moved back and forth to Alaska and I always get great service from her. I will use this store anytime I need a U-Haul and I hope she will be there. Have a great day MS Shanice! Tracy

We even had to give our card number out loud in front of people. Was charged more than expected by that location. Had to call customer service to get everything straightened out on billing. You have a great customer service representative who really helped me. I just would not recommend this particular location in for rentals

THOMAS WThis location is not like Gulfport Uhaul. They didn’t come out and check the uhaul or bag it out for you. That’s not my problem though my problem is that the fuel was no where near 1/4 or 1/8 it was literally on E without the light being on. The back of the truck had no dolly and it had leaves and grass in the back of it. I went ahead and sweep it out and put 10$ in the tank.
