The drop off location was great, easily accessible, and the owner told me where to put it when I called him over the phone. The area was also in good lighting, since the drop off was dark by the time I got back after the colossal pain in the ass I experienced prior to drop off.TAYLOR F.

I went to this U-Haul place three times to confirm my reservation prior to my departure they didn't have the right truck for me they gave me the runaround they tried to give me a different truck they told me my truck had issues with the transmission but then they all of a sudden said oh well we can gift to this truck and they gave it to me which was the one that had the transmission problem it took me over 1 1/2 times as long to get to Arizona as it should have I had to drive all night by myself through the dark with my dog because I couldn't get a hotel or stay anywhere because I have a pitbull and nobody would get a room for me I had to sleep two hours in the front of the truck on the side of the road like a truck driver because the transmission put up poor I couldn't pass anybody I couldn't go to hell it won't shift right it is an absolute nightmare and I want a complete and full refund and an investigation on why somebody would let a single woman drive thatstacy M.

I needed help hooking up the tow dolley. The staff instead went home at 5pm. The dolley was dry metal seized up; I used a bunch of my wd-40. They really could have been much more helpful. I'm diappointed with the Bolivar people.ken F.
I had requested to pick up from Show Me Rentals, owned by the same family. When I got there the trailer was not available. When I went to A and J towing, I had to help connect and lift the trailer onto the hitch myself as the guy was helping me couldn't help.Erik L.

Charged me double the agreed upon amount for the rental, and also the safe move insurance. This was a surprise when I checked my bank statement expecting to be charged slightly over 55 dollars and there are three different charges totaling over 110 dollars.Trenton J.

The location was closed when I arrived for my pick up time. I called and went to voicemail. I had to visit another location to finally get answers and my trailer. Before pickup I had called to confirm my reservation only to discover it had been cancelled by the branch without my consent. They reinstated it, but only because I took the initiative to confirm the rental I already had a confirmation email for. It was a terrible experience.Alicia M.

The first tow dolly I picked up had a strap that was almost cutting to and a busted fender I had to return that one and get another one that one was ok no problems.Kerry P.

Staff didn't listen when I explained about the pick up time, the right didn't seem to know what the left was doing, possibly notes weren't made from my phone call. The guy who kept calling me was somewhat rude and appeared to have not read the notes, if there were any.pamela G.

I tried calling the 1-800-uhaul number 5 times and contacting uhaul 2 times by way of live messaging. I could not get anyone on the phone nor did I get a response through live messaging. Really glad that I was not broke down on the side of the road...David C.

When I arrived it took almost 30 minutes to get my Uhaul, even though I pre-paid. The truck's gas was below the â€œEâ€ line, and I received a $21 credit (which has not gone through on my card yet) and was told I needed to return the car with 1/4 a tank (even though $21 would not cover a 1/4 tank). The site also didn't have enough of the furniture pads on hand to supply what I ordered. They gave me all I had and met me at my storage unit to give me the rest. The other ones they provided were VERY dirty and had pieces of insulation on them. It was not a good experience.Jeff W.
