Charged me double the agreed upon amount for the rental, and also the safe move insurance. This was a surprise when I checked my bank statement expecting to be charged slightly over 55 dollars and there are three different charges totaling over 110 dollars.

The location was closed when I arrived for my pick up time. I called and went to voicemail. I had to visit another location to finally get answers and my trailer. Before pickup I had called to confirm my reservation only to discover it had been cancelled by the branch without my consent. They reinstated it, but only because I took the initiative to confirm the rental I already had a confirmation email for. It was a terrible experience.

The first tow dolly I picked up had a strap that was almost cutting to and a busted fender I had to return that one and get another one that one was ok no problems.

I was charged more than my quote online. The person at the shop called uhaul and got it fixed, yet the charge on my bank account is still $197 instead of the $167 I was given on my receipt.

Staff didn't listen when I explained about the pick up time, the right didn't seem to know what the left was doing, possibly notes weren't made from my phone call. The guy who kept calling me was somewhat rude and appeared to have not read the notes, if there were any.

When 17 ft truck was not availible I was upgraded to a 26 ft. Truck was clean, serviced and low mileage. Alan's level of sevice is outstanding.

I tried calling the 1-800-uhaul number 5 times and contacting uhaul 2 times by way of live messaging. I could not get anyone on the phone nor did I get a response through live messaging. Really glad that I was not broke down on the side of the road...

When I arrived it took almost 30 minutes to get my Uhaul, even though I pre-paid. The truck's gas was below the “E” line, and I received a $21 credit (which has not gone through on my card yet) and was told I needed to return the car with 1/4 a tank (even though $21 would not cover a 1/4 tank). The site also didn't have enough of the furniture pads on hand to supply what I ordered. They gave me all I had and met me at my storage unit to give me the rest. The other ones they provided were VERY dirty and had pieces of insulation on them. It was not a good experience.

Everyone at this location needs to be trained on the uhaul operation so that if the main person is not there then any of the others can take care of the customer. The customer has a long day of packing and moving and does not need to start it off with no one knowing how to get you your truck! Especially when you called well in advance to reserve it. I have worked with this location before and the lady is very good at what she does but the others only know the other part of their business.

The gentleman who helped me was so amazing when I came to the wrong place for my uhaul. He called and got my reservation switched to his store at A&J Towing. He got me a truck instead of a van and made it to where I could do it all in one move. It was cheaper than I thought it was going to be and he joked around with me. It was overall an amazing experience.

rates was entirely different other then my online reservation. I had that with me and they lowered it down to that rate. Had to wait when we got there. They worked with us and gave us some extras to make up for our inconvenience and the pricing difference. Truck ride was very rough with slow speed. Was not like previous truck rented. At least we did not have to run all over the area to get the truck size need like in the past. They had it there waiting to go out to us.

The person who did the transaction was very polite and aplogectic. We reserved the truck at 4pm, but we didn't end up getting the truck until almost 6:30pm this was because there was only two people that could work the computer to release the truck. The person who did finally get the paper work through comped is with extra miles and an extra day due to the delay. I would recommend calling ahead to ensure someone is available when you get there.

WHEN I WENT TO PICK THE TRUCK UP, IT HAD NOT BEEN SWEPT OUT. THE EMPLOYEE DID QUICKLY CLEAN THE TRUCK OUT WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE WAITING TO LEAVE. I ALSO HAD TO ASK FOR THE UTILITY DOLLY AND FURNITURE PADS THAT I RENTED. THE UTILITY DOLLY WAS OLD AND IN HORRIBLE CONDITION. IT WAS FILTHY, COVERED IN GREASY DIRT. I SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCEPTED IT. NOW THE CARPET IN MY NEW PLACE IS COVERED IN THIS FILTHY GRIME FROM THE DOLLY! FURTHERMORE, I PICKED THE MOVING TRUCK UP ONE DAY AND WENT BACK THE NEXT MORNING AT THE AGREED UPON TIME TO PICK UP THE TOW DOLLY AND HAD TO WAIT NEARLY TWO HOURS FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO ARRIVE! THIS WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE.

A&J went above and beyond to make a bad situation less hectic. The Humansville, MO location lied about what equipment they had available for A&J to pick up for me after we found out that my car actually does not fit on the dolly , even though uhaul website says it does. I was two days late on my move and lost my chance at my dream job/career thanks to the scumbag at Humansville ,MO location.

This place charged me for extra mileage when I turned the truck in below my allowed mileage. I was allowed 140 miles and only went 122 miles. We turned it in using the drop box and the trust theory. Instead, they mischarged and even for the extra mileage- which we did not use- charged 55 cents when the contract says it's supposed to be 40. I am disappointed. I won't use Uhaul again.

Make your Vehicles have Cruise Control. What makes a family want to use your equipment to move across the country without Cruise Control. Seriously Annoying. Next time I'll rent a truck from somewhere else

We swept out the truck and brought it to the Uhaul location for return. No one was available when we first arrived, so we got out of the truck and then back in. The parking lot was muddy and full of gravel. This mud and gravel from the parking lot was deemed 'excessive' by the staff and we were charged a 25.00 fee. We returned to clean out the cab of the truck and the fee was returned. Our Uhaul experience was not what I expected.

I was told that I could pick up my truck anytime after 9:15 a.m. I showed up at 9:25 a.m. and had to wait for my truck to be brought from another location, that is what I was told at least. I ended up waiting until almost 10 o'clock to get my truck. I don't know why I was told to come to this location guide specified I wanted to come to you if the truck was at a different one. It would also have been nice if they had gotten the truck the day before hand and had it ready for me when they said they would.

Uhaul sent me the wrong contact information, so I was trying to call the wrong dealer. Things went very well once I had the right place.
