Samantha C.When we arrived there was no key in the box we were instructed to pick up from. After no answer from the owner, we contacted U-Haul and they had us open two other key boxes that had no keys. After waiting for 45 minutes, we finally had keys to get the truck. We returned the truck and personally texted the owner the mileage and gas prior to, and after use. We even sent photos. They reported 20 additional miles on our rental, and that we did not refill the gas although we returned it with more than it had when we picked it up. Submitted photos to uhaul.
