The physical layout could be improved for handicapped accessibility. I walk with a walker and cannot walk up stairs. Fortunately I had my great grandson with me and he could go look in the office upstairs. The employee happened to be out back of the building and we were able to find him. The service provided was excellent.

When we first arrived I could not anyone to talk to. We finally found a gas station and when we returned the employee was outside. He was great took our keys, said thank you, that he would send a receipt. He even said not to bother folding the moving blankets that they would take care of it. I was really tired but I think his name was Rick or Nick.

Extremely upset with the service I paid for. I was suppose to pickup truck at 9:30 on Sunday. I drove down here to get it after getting a confirmation email guaranteeing that the truck would be ready for me. Just to waste my time and not have it ready. I ended up not getting done moving until like 8:30-9 at night, in the dark, because y’all pushed my rental back 2.5 hours. There needs to be clearer communication between this address and U-Haul to coordinate pickups after hours. The address listed is blaming U-Haul and U-Haul is blaming them. So no would not recommend!

Fix U-Hauls main computer system. Had to sit in office for 1 hour till u-hauls system worked well enough to continue. Customers behind me in the queue left the office. Office staff on pick-up and receiving end were great and the trailer performed well.

Upon returning vehicle without additional charges, be able to have my vehicle checked in and over and get a completed receipt for all charges to take with me out the door.

Wonderful family run business. Their daughter checked us in and mom helped hook up the vehicle trailer. Good kind people and a quick easy u-haul process.

This location set our before-hours pick up as an in person pick up rather than it being set the correct way to pick up by phone. One of the workers was sitting in his car (later found out when we went when the store opened) and literally saw us and did not offer to help. We lost time due to this setback, and nothing was done.

This was a transaction from July or August.....while the rental only took a couple of hours, I don't have anything specific that was a problem. The staff person that helped me was very pleasant, but having problems with computer system.

The representative at the time had questions for the manager and the person told her to call someone else because he was going to wedding and hung up the other person she tried didnt answer so i ended up helping her get through the process. The person helping me was very patient and professional but i cant say the same for her management.
