Nothing fancy, but dropped off and done.
John SI booked for a specific location two weeks in advance in Salem and they called me the day before to tell me it wasn’t available. They arranged for a different location across town but had to be picked up that same day. When I arrived there the guy told the me the trailer was stolen! What?! So he sent to go pick up at another location 30 minutes away opposite direction. Worst customer experience ever and should be fully reimbursed for the inconvenience you caused. Absolutely horrible!

MARY PYour app sucks. Wouldn’t upload pictures, took 45 minutes for us to be “verified” even though I had a prior reservation. The location was good but the U-Haul app made it to where we will not use it again.
