Dropped off trailer then went inside. Worker didn’t even get out of his chair. He said I could go do I asked if he’s going to check trailer and he said he’ll take my word. Asked about my deposit was told it’d be mailed out. Now almost 3 weeks later and still no cheque. Not impressed at all

The truck was beautiful- it’s too bad that A&S is the only option in Yorkton, Sk. Their hours suck, the website is terrible and there is only one person who knows how to use/sell U-Haul equipment and even then, after being told by two employees to comeback when Ryan is in, my experience was less than ideal. Ryan was nice, I paid up front during an online checkin recommended by the depot for faster service. The taxes were apparently missed, so they charged my card again. Then after the fact, the online return didn’t work, I’m told the system crashes about once a month so that’s probably why. Then apparently, a manager in Winnipeg changed my rental (corrected it as it was initially “entered wrong”) on her own without speaking to me or to the depot which changed my account and wiped the previous payment- and they tried to charge my card AGAIN. Now their collections department is adding penalties. I spent over an hour on the phone with first Ryan who had no idea what happened and transferred me to U-Haul, then U-Haul personA who was completely aware that something weird occurred but couldn’t help me as it’s a CSR job, then U-Haul personB would not stop talking at me long enough to listen ... then finally the next day a phone call from U-Haul explaining they found what happened ... it should not have happened... I still owed mileage, which I was more than willing to pay($35), they say, “Don’t worry about it, we will wipe this clear but until it clears, you will possibly continue to be harassed by U-Haul Collections and your card might be debited”... I’ve received another email today with late fees. It’s now after hours... Greg was nice, he gave me his direct line, to report this when/if it happens. I hope this is the end, but I anticipate further communications... and I’m over it. Moving is exhausting enough without this BS - so disappointed with this whole experience.

Accepting debit cards would have been more convenient. The right trailer light didn't work and it was suggested I could get it looked at id it bothered me. Online reservation service should include tax and deposit.

When I picked up car dolly tire strap winches were all rusty and had to winch up or unwinch strap. These should lubricated or put new winches on this unit.

First of all truck was not servised for safety driving. On the middle of the road we have no brakes no power steering . Second we have no attention for 24 hours what happened with truck. Thanks we have not get to accident. And so on. We are not satisfied.

our overall experience with your organization is slacking you know way ahead of time for a truck but yet still you have to drive two or three hours to get a truck on our expenses we had a drive our vehicle buy gas for both our vehicles and truck lost a day from work to pick up truck but because you know you world wide and to get other services like your is minimal you take advantage

Mud pit of a parking lot. Gravel encrusted fenders on trailer - which I cleaned myself to prevent drivers behind me from getting broken windshields. Poor brakes.

I had to get my family to pick up the truck so was not there for the pick up. From what I heard the guy was helpful and accomodating. Nothing bad about the locations. Just you fucks.

The truck had summer tires and no chains. We were driving to BC in the winter. Would have been nice to have chains.

This was a self serve drop off. And they charged my credit card without permission as I was 1 hour late at a self serve drop off location.

Overall I was satisfied. I returned the truck on Dec 31 around 12: noon and it was closed so did not get a chance to discuss the aforementioned distance allowance.

Was a 24/7 drop off so no staff there when I dropped off. Had lots of room for me to drop off 15' truck and tow dolly and that was it. Went very well.

Trailers should be rented with hitches. Not everyone ownes a hitch with the perfect size ball for your trailers. Also you need to accept debit cards.

The UHaul had no adapter available so had to purchase one. I would recommend to inspect the view directly with the supplier before pick up

I didn't need furniture blankets... But there they were, in a heap on the loading dock, in the cement dust and rocks. Having them folded and inside, ready for use for any customer would've been better to see. Customer service was average compared to an Edmonton location... Competition definately benefits the customer there.
