How U-Haul Reviews WorkTrailer I wanted was not available, so I was referred to the Uhaul 1800 number. I called it and all problems disappeared, I am very pleased.
Carey FI rented a trailer and used it for under2 days. Can back the the store was closed early. When I got the bill it was for 3 days. I went down and complained and took time for the individual to figure out hours for 2 days. The indidviual will look into it and get back to me by e-mail. Nothing happened.
Brian SA and S were awesome. U-Haul on the other hand changed my reservation less than 24 hours before pickup. They made me drive an hour for pickup and then I couldn’t pick up. I had to drive it again in the morning. When they changed my reservation, they said there were mats and dollies at the pick up place. No mats at all and a broken furniture dolly. Very disappointing. We were given $50 but that didn’t our has and our time.
