The location is hard to get to with traffic, the lot is too small to accommodate the number of trailers. I had to call and have the regional people call to have him finalize my return.

I never agreed to changes on my drop off location, this was very inconvenient for myself and unprofessional in your part, when I called I was told if I did not drop off where I was changed to I will have to pay a fee for dropping off the trailer in a different location
