Everything was good the guy I rented it was friendly and helpful only thing was the U-Haul app was giving us issues other than that was a great experience and good pricing

The location is hard to get to with traffic, the lot is too small to accommodate the number of trailers. I had to call and have the regional people call to have him finalize my return.
JEFFREY DI never agreed to changes on my drop off location, this was very inconvenient for myself and unprofessional in your part, when I called I was told if I did not drop off where I was changed to I will have to pay a fee for dropping off the trailer in a different location
