Just looks untidy its fine for a drop off but would not consider renting from that location I would like to comment on the app, while extremely efficient the location finder portion should have a bypass, not all phones or carriers pickup the location even after turn it on or off.

Refund my money you over charged me! I reserved a 10' truck. You called me and said you made a mistake there were no more trucks in that size you offered me a 15' for the same price you said then over charged me that is not right and I will be perusing this you are a scam ripping people off will never use you again and will promote against anyone ever using your company or services ever

This was the first and the LAST time I will ever use uhaul! This lady Anna was the rudest ever and NO help at all! She rented out the truck I had reserved to someone else the day before my pick up! Even the lady I spoke with by phone at uhaul was no help either. I spent a lot of money and it wasn't worth even half of that for the hell I went through with this experience! This was the most stressful part of moving!

This place is very disorganized and dirty. Frequently when we use this location there is no one there for truck drop offs. I wish that U haul corporate office would make them clean it up. It's embarrassing for U Haul to have a location like this.

the phone check in was horrible. it took us almost an hour to get the truck. it would have been much easier to have an employee to check us in. the employee a was standing in driveway we told her our problem and she politely climbed into her truck and left very unprofessional. the location got a POOR rating because of our problem and this person!!!!

I called multiple times due to having problems picking truck up. When the company didn't answer I had to call the 800 number for uhaul for assistance. Then the link wasn't working to drop the truck off and I called multiple times again and still no answer. Had to call uhaul directly AGAIN and wait on hold for 45 minutes to drop the truck off. I don't understand how people can run a business when they don't answer the phone for customers in need DURING BUSINESS HOURS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN. WILL NOT RECOMMEND

The owner is rude. She claimed her phone doesn't work, but I don't believe her. She just doesn't make herself available to her customers. While waiting outside the gate for assistance, I decided to call customer service. The customer rep was very friendly and realized an error from my online purchase. She made the changes, and then all of sudden the owner calls my number. Wow, but when I called several times before you didn't answer your phone. Another insult once she finally came out of hiding was She assumed I changed my order because I needed a bigger truck. I kept telling her the only reason why I called customer service is because she didn't answer her phone. The sad thing is she tried to reverse what the customer service rep did to give me the truck size I originally asked for, but the the padlock on the back of the truck didn't work. What should have been a 5 to 10 minute exchange turned into 30 minutes of waiting. I wouldn't go back to that location because the owner's customer service is horrible.

There's nothing telling you where to go to drop the van off. Not a lot of room to maneuver. The lady came out and starting lecturing me on mopping and scrubbing the van. I told her we swept it out like it says for us to do. She told me no you have to mop it and scrub it. She told me she would have to charge me a $75 cleaning fee because it hadn't been mopped and scrubbed. I told her it wasn't that clean when I got it. She told me that's my fault I should have not accepted it. She then brought a mop and rags for me to clean it again. I have rented a lot of U-Haul's in my life. I have never been told to mop and scrub it down.

Service was less than pleasant. When I walked in I stood in line for a few minutes before I was acknowledged. I noticed several signs in the trailer of a location office that all displayed notes about being on cell phones or handling calls. If you are handling a business call you best stand outside— you won't be helped. I encountered an issue and the owner became short with me. Further they lacked moving fillets for furniture. Finally when I came to return the truck I was told by her husband I could wait 90 minutes for her to return from lunch. When I said that's A problem and unacceptable he told me I could leave the truck and he could make it My problem. I won't be back and neither should you.

There is no parking area to stop in while you get the truck. Its on the side of a busy highway with mud and a deep ditch on one side and rushing cars on the other. The business was also closed, so there was no one there to help us when items were missing, we had to wait for the owner to arrive. Also very limited options on trucks

Cerk do not like black people. treated unfairly, (racist). gas gauge was off by 1/4 when fill up. I am disable and, put hand truck in back my self and go get the truck, my wife clean back of truck, she wanted to charge us, did not know what truck we had. next will take picture of everthing.

The process for an online pickup is too lengthy. I had to wait for calls to be made to alternate contacts. This should've been requested at the time of the booking. After the alternate contacts were confirmed, I had to call to continue the process because I never received a code to unlock the truck. Upon return at night, it is quite frightening to stand on a highway and take pictures of the truck upon the return. Finally, there is no indication of what to do with the lock upon return. I was told to drop the keys in the drop box but no instructions for the lock. I believe that this system should flow better before this is rolled out as an option to the customer.
