I loved the convenience of this location but the van was dirty when I received it. I ended up vacuuming it out and wiping down all of the windows myself.

Debra WOffice was not open and was not able to get Van I booked. Box truck was option. So I took it. Circumstances made this not so great. But it was 20 degrees and a foot of snow so can’t hold office to much fault for absence. Just not a good situation. But grateful there was option.
Carmelo RI rented a van from this location to transport my things to a pop up market I was involved in over the weekend of 12-8. I reserved a sprinter van but when I arrived to pick up the van, they did not have a sprinter but regular size van. I was disappointed as that is what reservations are for right? Anyway, the U Haul rep Tawnia Sowell was absolutely the best in helping me with this issue. WE went ahead and secured the van (which by the way ended up working the best). Tawnia called me the next day to let me know a sprinter was now there and she would swap if I wanted. I was already loaded up so I went with the van but I was very appreciative of her taking the time trying to right the mess up on the reservation that wasn't her fault. You do need to check your reservation system as that should not happen! Tawnia was professional and did discount the rental due to the system mix up. I own a small business and that is how I treat my customers and as a result, I will do business again with Tawnia and U Haul. Thanks Tawnia and keep up the great work!
Jeffrey RI had a great experience! Uhaul unfortunately had not delivered some furniture packing blankets for my move, but the representative was kind enough to offer me some of her own and took the cost of the blankets off my bill. It was great customer service and I would totally recommend to a friend!

ray cIt’s very disappointing when I book equipment and then I am told at pickup that they don’t have it. I depended on that equipment. Uhaul is advanced enough to track items like dollys and tell customers ahead of time if an item is not available. I would have picked a different location if I knew that one would not have the equipment I needed or I would have made other plans. It made my move much more difficult and rushed when I didn’t have the equipment I was expecting.

David DThe lady working was great, but the computer system sucked. I tried renting online the night before and before I went to the location and couldn’t get past the insurance part. While T the location the lady worked for almost an hour and couldn’t get the site to work. Meanwhile I was trying on my phone and finally got it to work. It took an hour for me to get the rental.

Marcus RApp did not work when went to pick & the clerk, albeit friendly, knew little about how to troubleshoot the issue which delayed the entire process by an hour. Was also charged for the CDW which I opted out for online & in person. Never renting a vehicle from U-Haul with this process ever again. Nightmare.
