Everything was great and super easy. I checked online to verify availability and then just showed up. The gal at the desk was perfectly helpful and friendly - she got me all set up and out the door quickly. She gave me a few pointers of things to look out for, which turned out to be super helpful. Drop off was smooth, easy and incredibly quick. Thank you! The rental cost me about $100, the delivery charge for the item I was picking up was $200, so I came out ahead!

GORDON GCalled the day before I needed the U-Haul, and Dave quickly reserved it for me. Pick up was easy, took no more than 7 minutes for paperwork, and getting the truck pulled around and inspected. Drop off took 5 minutes or less. Overall great experience, and will be using this location again if I ever need to rent another truck

JOHN WI keep being charged, and I have to reach out constantly for a refund and then they don’t get the refund amount correct- I called yesterday after renting 3 months ago and now they keep telling me that that is them deleting my info because I keep getting emails saying my U-Haul was canceled even though I didn’t rent one. What is going on?

William OHonestly U-haul is U-haul.... The equipment works and it is what it is.... However my representative Heather at ABC storage was exceptional, from the call to indicate that my reservation was changed to a different pickup location to the moment I was greeted, this rental was awesome and smooth, Heathers trusted dedicated service was top notch, I was informed right off the bat of the condition of the truck and how to manage the equipment... Returning the truck was seamless. A fantastic experience

gary cThe lady who checked me in and gave me the keys was super nice. The van smelled like tobacco; then I was charged $100 for gas despite leaving it more full than I received it. After initial trouble with UHAUL customer support and ABC saying they could do nothing, I left previous feedback here about feeling ripped off, and I received a call about 35 minutes later saying they would be re-checking it in and would not charge me for $100 worth of fuel. (i didn't even use that much!). All in all, the problem I had was resolved, but I feel like I shouldn't have to call or leave feedback to avoid being overcharged. I'm not sure what happened exactly, but it was resolved. I am still somewhat dissatisfied with my overall experience with this rental.

Dana MCustomer service at the storage facility was good and friendly. The uhaul customer service was not and definitely not helpful/ I had my reservations changed twice and not in my favor. I my reservation was changed by U-Haul from a convent location to a location that was out of my way, and I still had to pay mileage. Now, the truck that was given to me is another issue. The passenger side of the windshield was broken, the check engine light was on, and the gas cap light was also on. I said something to the storage until before I left and was told they knew the windshield was broke and the engine light was on, still let the truck leave the parking lot. I would have refused to take it, but I had to move my daughter out of her apartment. The truck ran terrible and had no power, one can assume it was the gas cap, but i who knows. Anyway, I will not rent from uhaul again. this was another bad experience.

Theresa MTruck had broken window and lots of unmarked damage (I pay for the extra insurance, its worth it in case I am ever blamed for damage I did not create which thankfully did not happen to me). Most concerning, I reserved a 10 foot box truck. Apparently someone did not return a truck and I got stuck with an unwanted 20 foot truck. A nearby location had a 10 foot truck but was closed on the day I was renting (Uhaul associates were aware of this dilemma the day before). NOTE: When my father-in-law ran a uhaul location in Seattle, we used to jockey trucks around per customer need from far away places ALL THE TIME. I am not sure when or how uhaul has lost its customer service. If uhaul can not fill a reservation, please don't take it in the first place. Simply become a first come first serve business. Please take time to watch this clip: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4T2GmGSNvaM in the end, I would still recommend using uhaul as there are few other companies that can fill the need of small moving trucks, on a mass scale to mostly untrained drivers, who only need a truck once in a while; so thank you for that.

Melissa GMy reservation was originally in Monroe and then days before the pick up it was moved to Snohomish for no reason. Then when I dropped the truck off after only driving 15 miles for it, I had stopped at a gas station and refilled it back to the level that it was given to me. I took a picture of the gaskets just before I got out and it showed the same level as it was give it to me. Yet, I was charge for 3 gallons of gas. I called this place on the phone and the lady was argue with me and said that it was not at the same level.

Joseph BI reserved the U-Haul in Monroe. I wasn’t told I needed to go to Snohomish. I received a text notification over an hour after my pick up time of the new location. We were told it would have 5/8 a tank of gas and got in and it was at under half a tank. The lady that helped us was really nice and the truck was great. I just wish there was communication about the location change and accurate gas levels.
