There was not a strong customer service vibe at this location. We were not greeted enthusiastically. Very little was said to us, leaving us with questions. We just didn't feel welcome there. The process itself was seamless, so I would credit this location for that. We rented a moving van and returned it easily with no problems.

Ross RI was unable to pick up the truck after hours as scheduled. Very frustrating and left me with paid by the hour movers standing around as I was picking up the truck and returning to our house. It made a long day longer and made pre-planning worthless. Very upset with U-Haul throughout this entire experience from booking to picking up.
