The air conditioning didn't work on any other mode other than defrost, other then that the truck was clean and trouble free

Kind and helpful staff. Van was practically brand new, with only 11k miles.
Ross RI was unable to pick up the truck after hours as scheduled. Very frustrating and left me with paid by the hour movers standing around as I was picking up the truck and returning to our house. It made a long day longer and made pre-planning worthless. Very upset with U-Haul throughout this entire experience from booking to picking up.

Heidi DI don't do recommendations to anyone for anything. The on-line reservation was a pain in the butt. If I want extras I'll add them I don't need seven different pop-ups requiring action to move on.
