I was unable to pick up the truck after hours as scheduled. Very frustrating and left me with paid by the hour movers standing around as I was picking up the truck and returning to our house. It made a long day longer and made pre-planning worthless. Very upset with U-Haul throughout this entire experience from booking to picking up.

Heidi DI don't do recommendations to anyone for anything. The on-line reservation was a pain in the butt. If I want extras I'll add them I don't need seven different pop-ups requiring action to move on.
