I returned the vehicle within a gallon of what it had when I picked it up, but still got charged extra for fuel which is kinda ridiculous. Especially since I returned it cleaner than when I picked it up, returned it a day early and used 100 less miles than was permitted.
Dana BHave to call first thing in the morning. After we recieved our email by mail they had over charged us. Hopefully they will adjust it.
WAYNE SInform the customer as to the check in process and what is to be expected. Representative just took the keys and said we were good to go, no receipt, no mileage/damage/fuel check…just good to go with the vehicle blocking the business’s driveway even. We left uneasy hoping all was good, about an hour later we received an email receipt confirming all details.
