The customer rep who checked us in was abrupt and not warm at all. The truck was messy from the previous renters which was gross to think about especially during this pandemic. The steering wheel shook shook, the brakes made noise and the cab rattled loudly as I drove it. I filled the tank back to where it was when I got the truck and they charged me $22.00 for fuel! When I reached out to tell them this was wrong they ignored me. I will not return or recommend.Julian B.

There was no one there. Sign on the door said be right back. We waited 30 min and nothing. Was told 3 different spots for drop off so our full tank of gas was off and to top it all off they charged us 1200 for fuel. Worst experience ever with these guysGarth H.

It's alright, but having to street park a 15' trailer is annoying as shit when they have a giant lot. Why they wouldn't have a method for uhaul customers to park in the wide open space in back seems silly. Also, if you don't have the size I want, why should I be forced to pay the higher rate for the larger size? It's not my fault you guys don't have enough smaller vehicles. There should be some kind of credit towards a future uhaul in these situations at least - non expiring. People don't move that often. Hook them up and make them loyalMICHAEL C.

Uhaul is capable of quoting the rates that they charge. They also can't charge the customer the equivalent of how many days that they have rented equipment. This rental required at least five phone calls and emails to be charged accordinglyâ€¦ Uhaul is controlling this response and I am not sure that the public will ever see this review!!MATTHEW B.

Uhaul needs to get their act together on the 24/7 mobile p/u. If you place your reservation after the p/u location closes there is nobody to place the key in the lock box and you have to wait for them to open to get your truck. All the whole uhaul is telling you that you have chosen the 24/7 p/u and you must have your cell phone to p/u the truck. Very misleading.steve S.

Windshield on truck was very dirty. Location did not have a lock for the truck bed so I had to waste an hour of my time shopping for a lock & now need to hunt down uhaul customer service to get refund for lock purchase. The windshield wipers were also worn out and barely worked to keep windshield clear. Please better maintain your vehicles and ensure locks are provided. Thanks.BRYAN W.

While I was very satisfied with the service at this location, I am VERY unhappy with the service from UHaul in general. I reserved a particular vehicle at this location. Then my reservation was â€œupdatedâ€ to another location, which wasn't as convenient but was still reasonably acceptable. Then my reservation was updated AGAIN to an extremely inconvenient location, one which would have required more time to get to AND would have added considerably to the mileage necessary to complete the task. UHaul should be able to do better than this!Susan G.
# 1 the location was 35 miles away from my original pick up location # 2 the truck was dirty. the floor board on the drivers side had dried on mud, and the back of the truck had dried on mud shoe prints ( the truck had not been checked properly. U haul apparently tried to contact me on a non cell phone with test messaged ( I do not get text message on this phone ( when I set up my rental they never asked for a cell phone to be able to text me. # 3 the 1-800 number is the only way to contact you. I did not want to wait 30 + minutes to talk to you. I hope I never have to rent another truck from youWilliam R.

I needed a van from another location. The van was down and I was called a half HR before pick up. They stated that this location had a van that they re-reserved for me. I called and apparently they already gave it to someone else. I had no choice but to take the 10ft truck (same day price, different mileage cost). I attempted to get a hold of u-haul. They 'sent an email to the manager's to which I haven't heard back from yet. Proper communication is key for good business practices. I have friends that move around for military work and Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone anymore.ROCIO L.

Representative didn't fully explain contract and need for fueling up truck upon return. We were given truck with 1/2 tank, which further made gas not enter our minds. I figured the mileage cost took care of this. I was charged an extra $30 after return which was an unexpected cost in an already expensive move. To be charged after the fact, had it been explained properly we would've returned the truck with same level as what we received it with. As a business manager, the gentleman was kind, but provided rushed, poor service.SHERRI G.

Did online check in . Truck was not parked on street as indicated. Had to go inside to do check in as employee did not have any of my online info. He was rude and abrupt. Truck was a piece of junk. My wife was actually nervous being in the passenger seat. To add insult to injury, a fuel charge was added to my bill even though I put fuel in it. I had to call customer service and email my fuel receipt to have the charges reversed. I hope someone actually reads these comments.Cronan N.
It was highly annoying that my reservation was changed from one location to a different one due to the availability of the truck. I specifically chose the location because it DID show availability for the 26' truck AND that the location greatly reduced the mileage i would have to travel thus reducing the rate I was paying. By switching locations added approx 10+ miles to my fees.David D.

David went above and beyond in helping to fix the mistakes that Uhaul's scheduling staff made in setting up our reservation. The Uhaul scheduling team had set our reservation up to be a 24/7 pick-up, although this location is not 24/7. David got the truck all ready for us anyway, to pickup outside of their regular store hours. Unfortunately, the Uhaul mobile app did not allow us to pickup the truck, which was ready and waiting for us, because the location didn't open until 9am (we had scheduled pick-up for 5am). We had to go home and drive all the way back to Snohomish from Seattle to pick up the truck. David was awesome and gave us an extra day and extra miles for free for our trouble.Jeffrey J.
