This location had limited access and parking. The reception area was dirty, people eating everywhere and several children playing and screaming. The area is set up as a childrens play area. The receptionist was not familiar with the computer. She added insurance when i told her not to. The gentlemen in charge was fine, and got the truck and trailer for me, no problem. But the office was "less than professional"

Andrew WMaybe clean the trucks, don't park trucks you KNOW are going to be used later in so they can't be accessed, and most of all, probably don't leave the keys in every truck at all times.

JUSTIN AI've dropped trucks off here twice. Each time it takes many days to get the truck checked in this. This most recent time I called both UHaul and Abed multiple times and even had to stop in Abeds before they checked in the truck. Then the truck was marked 10 days late. The employees at Abeds were totally unhelpful. I certainly will not use this location again, and I highly doubt I'll ever use UHaul again. The app doesn't work. You can't drop a truck off. My location was changed to one almost an hour away. Everything about it has been a nightmare and I want my $500 refund for the time my returned truck was simply sitting on the lot not being checked in.
Sean MStaff was friendly and drop off was fast. Small parking lot is a bit awkward, but not a problem for the 10' truck that I had.
Mia AI HAD RESERVED AN APPLIANCE DOLLEY. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE AT THIS LOCATION. I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO PICK IT UP.

Terri sBefore I went there the gentleman said he would be there. When I arrived no one so I called he told me to just drop and he would check it in about a hour. The next morning still no return email. So I called uhaul customer service and they called him and finally after 3 hours he sent me confirmation on my return.
Anthony PThere was no Dropbox to leave the key, so I had to leave it in the glove box. The lot looked abandoned and dirty. Next time I will elect to drop off at the South Boston location.

LINDA CThe reservation was confirmed for 8am. The sign on the business’ door showed they opened at 10am. The owner/employee showed up at about 11am. I had the keys to the truck at 11:30. And a little later the blankets were available and I was all set to go. They said we were their first rental to be fair, but 3.5 hours late delayed our move effectively by a day.
