We ordered a 15' but the battery was dead. However a 20' was ordered as a replacement at no additional charge .

Maybe clean the trucks, don't park trucks you KNOW are going to be used later in so they can't be accessed, and most of all, probably don't leave the keys in every truck at all times.
Ashley CThe first thing we were told was that they would not accept our trailer. After we pushed them they grudgingly said yes and they would take it up with uhaul. The hardest part about our trip from Boston to NC was Uhaul and the lack of support or quality materials we received.
Kevin SMaybe actually have someone at the store. I had to drive 30 plus minutes out of way to come to this location where upon arriving I waited for another half hour and no body ever showed up.
Jacob RTrailers thrown everywhere. Pain in the ass to even find where to find drop off location, no signs and no help. Also bullshit that I had to bring the trailer almost an hour away from where I told uhual I wanted to drop it off
