Maureen MNot entirely clear why my rental got moved to this location. The original location on Clark ave had a ton of 10 foot trucks when we went back to return some boxes, which was also a fiasco in which is seemed to be everyone's first day on the job or something. Not sure why they couldn't manage a simple return, but still waiting on a manager to call to sort it out 3+ days later.

frank hI was charged $15 for safemove. I know for an absolute fact I declined this and chose the option to immediately reimburse uhaul. When I received my receipt the $15 charge was on there. When I called he said there's nothing he can do about it now. It was obviously added by the business after I declined.

carlos gThis location was nearly impossible to get the truck out of. They say you can do an online check in, but it is very difficult to figure out. (They should have a QR code on the door or the trucks to do this if it is an option). The lock to get the key was also stuck and very hard to open. The drop off was also incredibly bad. The lot was completely full when we went to return it and no one was working. The last thing you want to do after a full day of moving is wait around and figure out where you are supposed to put a truck. We ended up having to park it in a KFC parking lot which they are said to have an agreement with. However, it was not the owner that told me to do that and there is a clause about not parking in the correct spot leading to fees. Ridiculous.

Stewart BYour website is absolute trash. Every time I try to check in or check out the uhaul, I'd get a couple steps done and then it would time out. I had to have the owner of the place manually check me out for me because of how crappy your site and process.
MARK SI returned the truck to the designated drop-off area and they had an issue closing out the contract because there was no internet. This location does not have Wi-Fi, and a mobile device is required for the Level 1 return. I waiting for over 30 minutes for the issue to be resolved. I attempted to call the U-Haul dispatch location, and they said there was nothing they can do. I am not pleased with this service. U-Haul needs to be flexible with the contract close-out process.
