Stewart B.Your website is absolute trash. Every time I try to check in or check out the uhaul, I'd get a couple steps done and then it would time out. I had to have the owner of the place manually check me out for me because of how crappy your site and process.
MARK S.I returned the truck to the designated drop-off area and they had an issue closing out the contract because there was no internet. This location does not have Wi-Fi, and a mobile device is required for the Level 1 return. I waiting for over 30 minutes for the issue to be resolved. I attempted to call the U-Haul dispatch location, and they said there was nothing they can do. I am not pleased with this service. U-Haul needs to be flexible with the contract close-out process.
