My experience renting the truck involved interacting with helpful U-Haul representatives. Dropping off was strictly self-service, requiring downloading an app to my phone, inspecting/photographing the truck myself (including taking a "location" photo to assist your future customer), etc. etc. Personnel at the drop-off declined to help; directing me to follow an "after-hours" process even though it was the middle of the business day and they were open for business. Not very customer friendly.
CARROLL BI didn’t end up filling the gas because I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get my truck up under a gas station so it would be great if the U-Haul would give locations in the area that you’re dropping off that are clearance for gas just so as a person who don’t know anything about these trucks and they’re really big if you can get gas or not without damage in the vehicle
Lisa CHad issues with the website, it took over two hours to get a truck rented, I got thru it but it cost me daylight that was needed. Your people were all courteous and helpful.
