I asked for drop off in Ponte Vedra Beach Fl for a return today.... a rep from U Haul called and informed me that no location in PVB was available for my contract... they offered St Augustine...20 Miles South.... I told them I would rather a location in JAX that I knew was open......the contract was never sent to that location and I had to wait for the representatives to get it corrected..... also I was charged extra mileage for something that was not my fault or under my control... I would like a refund for the excess mileage I was charged for!Jeffrey H.

No problem with your venders! Got a flat tire on the interstate which delayed me 2 hours! Repair guy was awesome but why old tires? Saw 2 more just like me on my travels that day! Will think twice about uhaul next timeRandall D.

The owner was great! Truck was great! And customer service was great. The only challenge was website. It was terrible and difficult to follow. Said my express reservation was complete but no where to input payment and almost impossible to locate lockbox info without calling Customer service 3 times, which each time I waited for 10-15 minutes. I wonder if call volume dealt with same issues.KIMBERLY D.

There was a brand new truck sitting there, not used. It had a fuel efficient sticker, and had a nice inside. Instead we were given the old truck that was bare bone, had ash in the door compartments, and that was awful on gas. No one else rented the other truck that day, and we got stuck with the crappy one for no reason other than the guy did not want us driving it.Zachary L.

Guy was rude and abrupt. The first words out him was "Wow, didn't clean it out did ya?" I most definitely swept it out. Unfortunately, I had left the gathered dust at the end of the truck when I obviously met to sweep off on to the ground. It's not like there was piles of dirt. I had a scheduled appointment for 8am, the store did not open til 8:30am but no one arrived until 8:42am. When I picked up my trailer it was dented everywhere and the store did not check if I had functional brake lights or turning signals. I have rented numerous trailer from other U-Haul but have never experienced something like this.Carlos P.

The owner here has an issue with a brain tumor i was Told and she was instructed to call in instead of use the computer bc of this. The lady she called in to for me to give info to at U-Haul was rude and acted like she didn't want to help. Work on your customer service and stop treating people like your annoyed they need help. I will Use able rents again bc of the sweet lady that works there. U-Haul should be ashamed. I wish I could Have went through that phone and slapped whoever was on it. They need to find a new job if they're so unhappy helping people. Look at the records and find out who the female employee of U-Haul was on the phone who helped me.ashley D.

I rented a truck from this location and returned the truck two hours early and I tried to turn the truck around on the property in the back of the building and it got stuck in the mud which has no signs stating and caution. So next day I had to pay tow truck to pull it out of the mud after the owner of the property pushed it further in the mud so it ended up costing me $250.00. But I must say that t&m towing and spartlin towing are very professional and felt it was unfair that the customer meaning me had to pay for able rentals sloppy condition on their property.christina B.

My entire expierence with uhaul this time was a hassel.uhaul employees on the phone was rude.nothing personal with ables i am disappointed. And completely un satisfied with uhaul.I will reccommend anyone i know to find a company other than uhaul.I had a headache after dealing with uhaul. I did not like the seat. Very uncomfortable. My legs were swollen from the front of the seat cutting off circulation from behind the knees. The passenger mirror could not be adjusted, it made it very hard to see while changing lanes. But the vehicle handled great.SERENA R.

This drop off location was convenient and easy to find; the owner was especially helpful in that we needed to drop off on a Sunday when the facility is closed. We were given clear instructions about where to park the truck and leave the keys (secure after-hours box) which made returning the rental quick and easy.Patrick M.

I paid for a 20 foot truck during business hours and was issued the key so that I can come back after hours to use the truck. Upon arrival, I noticed that the truck was extremely small, since the office was already closed, I had to move my a total of 5 rooms in a small truck. This was very inconvenient and caused me to make multiple trips, pack belongings into multiple cars and truck. I called customer service to report the issue and the dealer lied about the entire experience. This is very unprofessional and unethical. I will NOT return for service or recommend him to anyone.SULINA M.

Everything was great except the price. It's expensive to move let alone pay that much money to move your belongings. I paid and additional $118.00 just in mileage. This situation was not a good one for my family as we moved my mother into my home due to my father passing and her losing her home after 20 years. The price was way to high.michelle L.
