Quick friendly service
joseph lRick was very helpful. He called me the morning of my rental and let me know that the trailer was ready for me and his business was open early. I had never had anyone do that before. I really appreciate having him nearby where I live and will most certainly rent from him again.

Cherish LThere was no one at the location. The store was padlocked shut and their phone number just gave a nonstop busy signal. We arrived at 10:00 for our scheduled pick up and there hours say they open at 8:30. My husband called around and another location suggested we try the business across the street. We did and thankfully the guy there was able to help us get our trailer.
Nichole FThe truck was not clean at all. I received a very dirty moving truck. The floor boards were covered In dirt and gravel. The passenger seat was covered in dog hair and had a brown tint to it. The business owner who rents trucks for U-Haul was unavailable. The number listed was disconnected. No indication the elected form of conducting business was internet or mobile app based method. It was the most awful experience ever. I would not recommend using the same contracted/authorized U-Haul dealer again. Able Rents LLC is not deserving of business due to the condition of the moving truck I received to use for moving purposes. They are awful and so is the condition of the moving equipment or trucks they elect to use to rent to movers on behalf of U-Haul. They need to do better and clean the vehicles. I took many pictures to prove this experience was terrible and the condition of the rented moving was just as bad as my overall experience.
MAL LWe had no interaction with a person at the truck rental site. Had a little problem with the picking up and returning of the truck. But overall we had a great experience.

brian wTerrible location. He was unable to get on the website and was basically telling me he couldn’t give me the trailer. So with some persistence and pulling some teeth that was not going to do for me and I called headquarters. Will never go there again.
Brian GI rent trucks here all the time and have been for years and still have to for many reasons . You have no idea what a pleasure it is to do business here the owner is the most nicest guy I have met in years renting U-Haul trucks . . Thank you for a person like this working for you .

Russell Mlet’s start from the beginning, i drive up and i get no kind of “welcome to u-haul”, or any sort of presentation. so whatever it’s 3rd party so i kinda understood that. after i’m waiting for around 10 minutes for someone i finally walk up to someone saying “do you work here?” he had no representation of how he worked there, no name badge no shirt depicting that he worked there. he says “yup” so i tell him i’m here for my reservation and he decides to start on his phone just not saying anything for about 10-15 minutes then he asks me for contact information and everything. he never asked me, “is this your order number” or nothing, just immediately checked me in and i gave him people to contact in case of emergency. he then gets kicked out of the system then looks at me and says “did you mess with the reservation” i say “no why?” he stated “cause it kicked me out cause you did something” okay just blame the customer that’s cool i guess. Then he said “it’s a 100$ deposit” i asked him, “why 100$? he said “that’s what the system tells me” that doesn’t really sound professional but whatever i give him 100$ cash and get no receipt at all, he then gives me his phone to sign which is completely shattered and i literally had to be cautious when signing so i wasn’t going to cut myself (i work in phone sales and know it’s very easy to cut yourself on damaged screens) he then hands me the keys and says “you’ll get a link sent to your phone to verify everything” sir, verify what? this is literally my first time EVER renting a u-haul truck. i was left to figure it all out on my own. the app was somewhat helpful but i feel as i should’ve gotten more instructions on towing and everything when it’s full, how to unload the ramp, etc. NOTHING AT ALL. so i get in the truck. and i see the no smoking sign and thought “oh that’s cool the truck is non smoking” or so i thought. as i went in i was hit with the smell of cigarettes and cigarette ashes all over the steering column and steering wheel. whatever i needed to just hurry up and get my stuff moved so i sucked it up because i already had to put so much money down and my ride was gone because i was not able to leave my vehicle there because “there’s nowhere to put it at” well that sounds like a you problem not me. so i had to drop my car off at the walmart 5 miles away have my boyfriend come with me to get my car to drive 5 miles BACK to go drop the truck off. horrible experience and as it being my first ever experience i will not be returning. please reach out to me in email as i would like to be followed up on this because this was such a extremely unsatisfactory experience.

JoeAnn GWe were charged milage overage since the GPS took us to the wrong location in the wrong town. We then had to turn around and go back to the correct location. The associate at the correct location said this is a problem he has requested to be fixed but still keeps happening. So we pay the price for someone else's mistake. I would like my $20.12 credited back to my account. Since we drove around in circles looking for the proper location. Very unhappy.

JANET GNothing,,, The guy was GREAT!!!! I never towed a car before and he hooked up my trailer for me and explained everything.... I felt very comfortable.... When I got to my car,,,, everything that he told me came together and it was an easy process loading the car and driving off.... I pulled over one hour down the road and everything was still secure..... Highly recommend ........
THOMAS MFix your link for mapping the pick up point. I clicked on the address but was sent 10 miles out of the way to the wrong place. And your online pickup needs to be more clear cause I expected to get the uhaul through online pickup and got all the way there to check in and then received a message that I had to come back once they opened. That set us back a whole day. Moving is stressful enough.

RONALD PI rented my truck on Memorial Day, so the rental place was closed maybe that had something to do with it I’m not sure, I was supposed to pick up the truck at 9am but wasn’t able to until after 11am it seemed that everything that could go wrong went wrong and not being able to talk to a live person didn’t help I was told the wait time would be 20-30 minutes when I was at the end of my rope I called again and a young lady named Kenyada answered the phone she was an angel she took care of everything called me back three times if it wasn’t for her I would probably never rent from U-Haul again it’s people like her that make good companies great

Lazarus WI asked for drop off in Ponte Vedra Beach Fl for a return today.... a rep from U Haul called and informed me that no location in PVB was available for my contract... they offered St Augustine...20 Miles South.... I told them I would rather a location in JAX that I knew was open......the contract was never sent to that location and I had to wait for the representatives to get it corrected..... also I was charged extra mileage for something that was not my fault or under my control... I would like a refund for the excess mileage I was charged for!
