Truck was not parked where indicated on the picture. The pick up process took to long waiting for my information to be verified. Waited for associate to assist me at pick up location but was bothered by me asking for help especially when license plate didn’t match bc wrong truck was shown on parking image

Jessie RThe lady who helped me at the front desk was nice. The main thing that I did not like was that the computer was down when I went to return the vehicle, this made the return harder than I expected. Since the front desk employee was gone for the day (because of computer outage) the maintenance man told me to just put the key in the return box. I did exactly that. After I had returned the key, I realized that I was supposed to take pictures of the milage and fuel before returning the key. Basically, I was given incomplete instructions, but it wasn't really the maintenance guy's fault either. Other than this little incident, everything was fine.

ROBERT GFirst off my reservation at a fresno location was not available and i began to panic because of such short notice i then called customer service and Michael from Traffic. Not sure if that was his last name or department either way was a major help in me to find a truck near me. Really made my experience a whole lot better!! Then in Sanger the woman who helped was running a little late but was very efficient and got all her customer in and out in a timely matter, i really appreciated the service i got there as well.

Salomon EThe location was ok but my HUGH UPSET was the uhaul system/computer were down for half a day, maybe longer before I found out when I went to the first location, 1st location told me that they can't help me because the computers were down. I kept calling around for another uhaul and I found this office and promised that they're not having computer problems. So I went to this location and asked if they're having computer problems and she said no. But when she was trying to help the computer went down and it kept having computer problems for about 2hrs. It was frustrating and very inconvenient because I need the truck to move 4hrs away and ended up get stuck in traffic an additional 3hrs. This was the reason why I booked it for early am to beat the traffic and I was late on my first day of work. So I got the truck like 6-7 hrs later because of system problems ??????????

Mark Puhaul tried to charge my an extra day because I was an hour late. forgetting the fact that they made me pickup two hours early because my original pickup location was not available. Fortunately this person helped me out.

Kirk BI reserved a Appliance Dolly online and when I arrived to pick up the Uhaul, they had the truck but no Dolly. Someone should have arranged to bring one or at least let me know instead of when I arrived. Disappointing.

KERRI BWe were charged an additional cost and accused of not returning the truck timely. We delivered the truck back on the same day at 12:30 pm 6/04/2018. They need to reimburse this amount of money I'm actively seeking this at this time. $59.44 +25.00 penalty charge for a total of 84.44

weston pThe location was out of my way. They said that the closest onen was in sanger when i live closer to Visalia. Visalia store was opened very inconvenient on your end. Then it took me an 45 mins to get the truck. I love using your rentals when needed but customer service needs to be better

Henry MThis U-Haul employs a very helpful young lady. Check-in was fast and efficient and when I returned the trailer she even helped me lift it off the receiver. Excellent customer service. That said, I have lived in Sanger for 6 years, driven Academy Avenue several times and had never noticed it. There was a U-Haul truck parked near the street or I would have missed the turn. More exposure would help.
