I reserved the truck for 24hrs but the check engine turned on and truck started running rough so I turned it back in, there was no apology or concern, never asked can we offer you another truck for the remainder of your reservation nothing at that point I was tired and just left

Jessie RThe lady who helped me at the front desk was nice. The main thing that I did not like was that the computer was down when I went to return the vehicle, this made the return harder than I expected. Since the front desk employee was gone for the day (because of computer outage) the maintenance man told me to just put the key in the return box. I did exactly that. After I had returned the key, I realized that I was supposed to take pictures of the milage and fuel before returning the key. Basically, I was given incomplete instructions, but it wasn't really the maintenance guy's fault either. Other than this little incident, everything was fine.
