I am 71 years old and had a very difficult time with the app they ask you to use. My daughter had to do it for me after I contacted customer service for help. When I made the reservation online it was made for the Academy Mini Storage at 1:00. When we got there it had a sign stating they went to lunch and would be back at 2:30. Again, I had to call customer service and he said the keys to the trucks were in the office. He then directed us to the Academy South location. Eventually we were able to get the truck.
