I'm very disappointed, because when I rented the Uhaul it was empty on gas I put $20.00 in gas I drove 9 miles altogether in the Uhaul I never got my refund I was charged $163 on that

ANDRIENNE TIt was a drop off after hours so it was no personnel communication but the drop off was easy.
SHARNICE TJust make sure you all are running the card the customer is giving you to run vs. the card on file when asked to put the payment on another card.

CYNTHIA MThis dealer cheated me out of money by adding in an optional service that I declined twice, at reservation and at pre-trip pick up. Customer service lady at desk states it wouldn’t give her an option to take it off and that I would have to use the link they send me to complain or dispute it. I had to inform dealer also that transmission is going out and that previous renter left windows down a little bit and rain water had filled the door compartments on both sides where you rest your arm.
KRYSTAL CMake sure the trucks arent parked so close that you cant even walk in between them. Also, my trucks interior light was left on - thus creating a drained battery. The first couple of times my truck struggled to start. Thankfully, I finally figured out what was draining the battery. Also, my reservation had an appliance dolly added. Got to the location and was informed they didnt have any onsite and that I should check the other uhaul locations in the area. Thankfully the first one I called on Jefferson street had one, and let me keep it in the truck after returning to my original drop off location. He didnt have to do that and for that I'm grateful. Needless to say, if course I was charged the extra mileage to go out of my way.

ANTOINETTE BThe worst. Truck was empty of fuel. EMPTY!! Had no oil in engine, light was on I checked oil and had to add some. It was bone dry. Passenger door would not open from outside or inside. The body of truck is best to heck. This facility should not be allowed to have uhaul trucks. They don’t care about them or the customer’s .
ANA MThe staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this truck has a thick layer of fine dirt covering the inside of the cargo area, and the interior of the cab was also coated in dirt and grime. One headlight was not functioning, and the rear turn signals were not working (we did not notice these issues until well after we started packing the truck). This issue was caused by a fuse that had been removed from the box inside the hood compartment. Happy with the staff, dissatisfied with the state of the equipment.

Tiara HI am confused why I was charged an after hours fee on a 24 hour one-way rental and I sid not have the vehicle for 24 hours. The drop-off and vehicle parking was confusing not straight forward like other locations I have rented from.

MARGARET FMy reservation includef a dolly. When I arrived, I was told bo dolly at the location, so was given a second address that i needed to drive to pick up dolly. Arrived at second location just to be told they also do not have a dolly and they have no idea why I was told to come to their location for a dolly. A waste of my time, mileage and money. And no apologies, only cavalier attitudes from the employees.

PAMELA FThe manager at this location has no class, I used the U-Haul for an extra day, and assumed they would just charge me for the extra day- the lady gets on the phone to argue with me , to tell me it was going to be 3 days charged ins of 2- I let her know respectfully that. I was not going to pay for 3 days as I only had the vehicle 2- and I had no problem paying for what I used- she continued to argue- she has a terrible attitude towards customers- don’t come to work if you don’t like your job ma’am-

Jw SThe guy that was working yesterday lied repeatedly. Constantly sighing while talking and as he worked. His attitude was terrible thru out the whole beginning of my visit. He said you guys were having problems with your computer equipment. The the lady on site came in and all the equipment started working as she seen he had a negative attitude she took over and helped me. She was a pleasure to work with her. she made the experience better by far. But the male needs to work on his attitude and customer service. Him alone will cause me not work with U-Haul again. I really want to say other things but it’s not professional so I’ll just cut our tides.

Dealo MSupply this location with better vehicles. The twenty footer I rented was very clean but needs a new transmission. Its functional but limping along. The lady that assisted me was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, and very thorough. She explained the process from beginning to what had to be done to finalize the rental. I wish I could receive this kind of customer service all the time. I will return to this location. BUT, you need to provide them with better vehicles. This lady is an asset to your company. James Hill

Jaylen FThe sweet, frustrated lady was thrown into this location without proper training. We got there shortly after it opened but took over an hour to get our truck. The lady in front of us neared the brunt of the frustration trying to get her moving truck. Took her an hour and a half. Once she was gone, our experience was much better than hers because the lady at the U-Haul desk had learned a lot during the experience with the First Lady. Very frustrating for us all.

Charles CI am very displeased with management. My email address is being used for someone else rentals. I have asked management to please make sure that they change their email address. He said that they could not and it is not a requirement for them to have the correct email address on the rental account. I am the person that the emails are coming to. So I'm very displeased with this company and with the U-haul management at the location at cedar ridge in Lancaster, Texas.
Craig MI requested a time change for pick up of my truck and called the location, the person who answered did not enter the time change which delayed me accessing the truck for about 45 minutes. It would be great if the app had an edit feature for time pick up or no time at all and your time just starts when you pick up the truck.
Sedrick BI called and made a reservation 2 days before I needed the truck I went in and gave them my driver's license and bank card 6min later I was driving the U-Haul, they were so fast customer service and communication skills are %100 good,
