I was told I could drop off this truck at in Dallas location without extra charge. This morning before work, I was about to drop the truck off at a location along my bus route when the attendant at the new location informed me j would be charged double if I dropped it off at his location - and that there was nothing I could do at that point but either leave it with him or return it to the original location. I drove to the original location and now I’m two hours late to work. This is been a terrible experience. I will not trust Uhaul for this service and I will be sure to inform my friends and family of this experience with this location at all costs.

I was charged $311 for bringing my appliance dolly back 2hrs after I dropped off the trailer. Got left behind accidentally. I was charged for moving blankets and a utility dolly that I never even rented. I will never use U-Haul again and will def not recommend to a friend

Location was about 45 minutes away on the opposite side of Dallas from me, which was very inconvenient. I made the reservation on-line and it was very frustrating that I had to wait to the next day to get a pickup location specified. Website contained inaccurate information on available units. Make website reservation system accurate or eliminate.

Contract #90861559 was originally estimated at $65.58. The truck was quoted at $19.99. As it turns out there was a " Safe Move" charge added of $14.00. I was not advised of this charge and feel it was not a legitimate charge. There was no explanation of additional fees nor was I asked about insurance. I did not need this coverage as I was only hauling debris and brush to the city for disposal. The lady who handled the transaction seemed more interested in what her husband was doing with a damaged unit and not with handling the person in front of her. I will NOT use this location again. Due to a misunderstanding my mother who paid for the 15' truck rental contacted customer service and was assisted by Julianna. She was professional as well as completely polite and understanding of our situation. Julianna extended the contract by one day and assured my mother that the $199.10 would be the only charge to her card. Upon returning the truck on the 14th which was only day two of the 3 available, this lady at this location refused to hear anything I tried to tell her regarding such. She just turned and walked off as I said wait what is the amount that my mother will be charged and she turned and very rudely as she had been since the beginning and said: " It will be in your email receipt!" and once again walked off! This woman has no business dealing with your customers and if she is actually one of your employees then you should send someone out to speak with Ms. Public Relations! She charged my mother an additional $30.98 when your CSR said the $199.10 would be the only charge to my mothers credit card!

The only problem I had with this location is that when I ask for help in securing my car onto the tow dolly, the lady at first did not want to help. She indicated that it was the customer's responsibility. In all my years in renting trucks and tow dollies I've never had to hook it up myself. I had to wait about 30 minutes before her husband came back who helped. However, one of the straps were tangled so I had to drive over 400 miles with one tire unsecured.

I would not suggest UHaul to anyone and I will never use them again. After using Uhaul and completing my purchase I went over on the milage which I assumed would be taken directly out of my account, like how I paid for it in the first place. It was not. They advised me that they tried to take it out and it was returned. I find that to be false because my bank (Capital One) nor Uhaul contacted me about this. They said that I owed a late fee for not paying the overage and Uhaul took it upon themselves to take THAT directly out of my account. I disputed the transaction with Uhaul and the guy told me that regardless of the fact that I did not receive notification of the late fee there was noting he could do. I find Uhaul to have poor communication and customer service skills and will never use them again. I also plan to post this on the Google rating.

There were 2 ladies working. One was extremely helpful and willing to answer questions. The other was rude. Her comment was just leave the keys and we will check it in when we can. A little customer service goes a long way especially when a customer has had a long day.

The reservation process is confusing. I reserved for a certain location, reservation was accepted, then I was called the day before and told there was no truck available and had to go to next closest location. You should not let someone reserve for a location if there equipment is not available there.

Hello, Last weekend I rented a truck and yesterday (June 17th) I turned it on time. However, today I checked my credit card and they charged me more than what they said. I was supposed to pay $87.74 dollars, but they charged me 149.96. I called to the place where I rented the truck at 1040 Cedar Valley Dr. Lancaster Texas 75134 and they told me to call at 1-800-84285 to complain. I spoke with Parshal Aperson. I have called this number and I have waited for one hour and nobody has answered my call. I wonder if you can help me. Thank you. Lizeth Moyao.

Rudest contact I have ever had. I was told to back the trailer into a tight space and unhook it myself. I have NEVER had to do that. When I said I couldn't do that, I was told to park it on the street and unhook it myself, with a look of disgust. Their lot is very tight so I had to back the trailer into the street. Took 3 tries for that. I finally got it unhooked. I took pictures as evidence I returned it since she did none of the normal check in . I will never go to this location again.
