I called the number multiple times to get rental return information, but I didn't get a reply. When I showed up, the door was locked and no one answered the door or phone. This location isn't bad, it would be nice if Uhaul notes that this was a self return location with no personal interaction. You must use the app to return the truck here. I didn't know where to leave the Uhaul teuck because the parking lot was full. Luckily, the neighbor with a black dodge ram told me to leave the rental in the empty dirt parking lot next door.

YOLANDA SDon’t let me reserve equipment from a location that cannot provide the equipment. I rented a bunch of supplies to go with my truck but was not provided any requiring another stop and rental. My time was wasted, I would’ve never rented from here had I known what a shitshow it was going to be. I even selected during the reservation I wanted to pay at the counter, another service unavailable at this two-bit operation. The parking was suspect to say the least, no light to work with in the dark. I will make it a point to never rent from this waste of time store again. Don’t let me select pay at counter and don’t let me rents supplies you can’t deliver. Fucking waste of time, I ain’t got time to be wasted. DO BETTER!
Brandon LI was given damaged equipment with only a quarter tank of gas. I only drove 97.2 miles and my rate was $89 for up to a hundred miles for 6 hours. I returned the equipment to where I got it from after 4 hours in the same condition I received it and somehow I was charged over $200 for my rental. I called the store they told me to call customer service for them to rectify. I called customer service and they put me on hold to try reaching out to the store. The store did not pick up. I have since disputed it with my bank and waiting on a resolution.

Jose SThe person I gave the U-Haul back to charged me for returning the truck 7/8ths full even though I have a receipt from the gas station showing I purchased gas less than 20 minutes before check in. I called U-Haul customer service & showed them pictures of the tank full & even one of the guy taking a picture of the picture. The representative refunded my money ASAP & said he would be getting a big strike against him.

You say sorry for the inconvenience yet it's apparent that you aren't concerned with my inconvenience otherwise it would've been where we agreed. This pick up location is terrible. Also they have zero supplies. Even sent me off with no lights since they couldn't sell me an adapter yet the beautiful uhaul store a quarter mile away was awesome and very helpful. Unit was given to me dented with non working marker lights
Brian UNo communication, called to confirm when no email was received prior to pickup. Moved ‘location to new pickup location away from reserved location where my storage locker was located. No one was available at pickup time, their late arrival delayed me an hour.’ Definitely up,to past U-Haul performances.
