DAVID HWe returned the truck to a different location with an online check out process. Suddenly, there is concern about the condition of the truck. I had to take multiple pictures in a lot too small to get good photos. And we were charged for extra mileage and gas. The mileage charge was understandable, but the gas charge was splitting hairs and came off as petty.
CLARK EThere was a glitch in the price when I went to pay and they corrected it right away. Then made sure I was well taken care of do to my disability. Andafteri dropped it her trailer off.
Crystal WStaff called me on my trip up to Spencer about the trailer they mistakenly thought I had already dropped off. Then proceeded to hang up on me when the realized the mistake. When I arrived, I walked into the store and the employees just stared at me and said nothing. I told them I had a trailer to drop off and the guy told me to back it into a small little area that was barely big enough for a trailer to begin with. When I expressed my concern, he mocked me and laughed and said “I could do that in one minute”. I asked if someone could help me push it back manually and after some hesitation, one guy came out and helped. No receipt or anything given to me showing that I dropped off trailer. Very unorganized and unprofessional business. I was really disappointed in how I was treated as a customer and would not recommend anyone to that location.

JANET AInvoice is $240 over charged. Was told if get cargo van rate, I was charged for a box truck. Your customer service rep couldn't figure it out. Charged $200 plus for a drop off rate at a different location, when I couldn't even get to original location due to flooding. Charged for an extra day have no idea why?? Worst U-Haul experience ever. Have escalated this to upper management...I don't believe that Austin at local Spencer location is to blame.

Kenton ZThe business has a fairly small lot, which led to congestion for an after hours drop off. Also a previous renter at left the truck and trailer park right in the middle parking lot, which I realizes not the business's problem.

liz hThe only complaint at drop off was more about Uhaul than about the drop off place. The truck had 186 miles to empty on the gas meter when I picked it up. I filled it to 190 miles to empty when I dropped it off. They still charged me $10.92 for 2 gallons of gas.

Spencer CEverything went well, from the time I got there I was treated very politely and the staff was very helpful hooking up the trailer properly and getting me on my way.
jerry tGuy that ran the store showed up 15 minutes late when he was supposed to be there at 10am. I already had to drive 33 minutes out of the way to pick up the U-Haul. Then he told me the trailer is some where in the yard and ask me if I needed help hooking it up. U-Haul requires that I waited for them to hook it up or I would have already been gone. It was 1040 before I got out of there and set my whole day back. The I got charged 15 bucks for not sweeping the trailer out which is BS also. I’d didn’t need to continue to use U-Haul to move my stuff from 5 hours away I wouldn’t at this point.

Dave MIt was hard to find a worker when we went to drop off the truck. We had to walk around appliances that were being fixed until we found someone. The place was very dirty. The worker was very nice. It was close to where we moved.
PATTY GGot charged 114 dollars for 2 gallons of gasoline. Went to the location picked up the vehicle and returned it with the extra 2 gallons it was missing and got told I would get a refund of the extra money charged. Got told my transaction would be reversed and money would be put in my account and then re charged the proper ammount. That refund never went through before they charged me again and now I’m left with 50 dollars to my name and a hope that I get my money back
Austin HThe drop off was quick and easy. Lots of space with easy access.
Larry FAC didn't work battery would not start ignition had to be cranked all the way back to almost breaking to start vehicle passenger door didn't work open form the inside taillights did not work it was an all bad experience couldn't use the truck until the evening that why I had to use it at night and then. found out the taillights didn't work bed lights only worked with the driver door wide open should be a switch or something

Barrie TThis location was closed when I arrived, but went through the online U-Haul procedure for dropping off a Truck and a Trailer, key drop box, etc. and both worked very well.
