The truck is advertised as 86 height however we could not load the appliance standing up. Overall Accurate Appliance staff was helpful.

It cost me time and money on daily rental charge and milage to pick up a truck size that I didn't want in a location that was 30 miles away. The day before and the day of my reservation I saw several of the exact truck I requested on site at my local dealer. Getting the larger truck caused problems with my project and cost me a lot of money for no apparent reason.

ALAN S.Rude, obnoxiously loud, woman called this morning, didn't quite catch her name. Blamed me for her dirty Uhual truck. It was wet and stunk when we rented it and then had the audacity to accuse me of leaving windows down. Water was coming in while we were driving it. The windows rattle so hard when driving it gave my wife a migraine and literally made her sick from the smell. It was obviously smoked in, had burns everywhere, and claimed we did the water damage? Get real lady. 6 hours whole hours we had it. The pictures included are from before we got the rental. I was nice enough to clean out the rags and food trash from the previous renter and then I was accused of trashing her truck because she didn't want to clean it previously. She was completely nasty and hostile. Then she said she was charging me $75 for gas when I put in $75 before returning it. I will never deal with Accurate Appliance for anything. Especially if this is the way they treat their customers. If you've been doing this 15 years, then you've been ripping people just as long. Youre attitude sucks and sounds to me like you need a new job or some customer service training. Update: I've made a complaint against them with Uhaul directly. They actually took $85 more dollars. I will be sure to file as many complaints as needed to make sure you lose more than you took. What a bunch of jerks. Such a nice welcome to new residents.

RHONDA W.We wanted a enclosed trailer which was not available so we got an open trailer. It wasn't quite ready since it was on top of the service person's truck. They got it down and hooked it up and discovered there was an issue with the left turn signal. The repairman/service person worked on it for almost an hour and got it fixed. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he would make an adjustment on our rental; however, we have yet to see any type of adjustment. I would not recommend this location as we will probably go to Spirit Lake for our needs from now on.

Dale M.The only downfall of this experience is the speed limit restrictions in this day and time. 55 is just a very unreasonable limit on today's interstate and primary 4 lane roads. 60 to 65 is much more realistic.
Ricky C.The back of the truck was not sweep out when I picked up the truck I did not order a dolly, but one was included in the truck. It was in the way loading and unloading and was dislodged from its holder and the zip tie broke, but we did not use the device.

Garret S.There is no way on earth I would recommend Accurate Appliances for a u-haul rental. The customer service was horrible. We were charged for damage that we didn't do because the employee didn't follow the correct check out procedure, which took over an hour and cut into our moving time. The owner wasn't available to answer the employee's questions regarding the process either. When we disputed the extra charges, the owner said she would refund the extra charges but didn't actually do it. Don't bother going to Accurate Appliance. You will save time and money going elsewhere, even if it's hours away.
