Super easy to pick up and drop off. I was able to pick up a truck at 10pm using the mobile app. A gas station super close to fill up at. My only suggestion would be to add gravel or something to the side of the lot where the trucks are parked. When I walked around the truck to check the condition I had to step in and around some weeds that had sharp stickers in them that stuck to the bottom of my shoe.David C.

You need to fix the U-Haul app. Please let the customer know what additional documents or verification will be required *before* the final check out process. For example, I had no Idea I would need two additional forms of ID or two references.Kyle L.
The vehicle I used wasn't swept and I found pieces of glass on the bottom of my boxes that I put it. I had swept it before I started putting in boxes but it looks like there was more that I didn't get. The inside of the truck smelled like cigarettes. I drove in a Uhaul before and it was a much more smoother ride but this truck kept bucking between 25 and 30 mph. I took off the tow/haul option when I didn't have a load and put it on when I had a load in the back but it still continued to buck.JUAN R.
Bad alignment. Truck pulled hard to the right for my 900 mile trip. Had to stop and take breaks to rest my wrists (I'm far from an old frail person and used to driving vehicles without power steering). Inner of front tires were bald because of alignment and during stops had to reinflate front tires that were loosing pressure. Pretty sure the alignment hurt gas mileage as I got roughly 6-7 mpg avg. Site claimed 5 days when booking but rental was for 4.ROBINSON O.

Making sure they give the customer an accurate drop off point closest to there home locationâ€¦ The only thing I was frustrated and was them giving me a drop off location in Chandler and I lived in apachejunction. I had to call and reschedule a new drop off pointâ€¦ The waiting time To finally get someone on the line , Was ridiculously way too long for two days I tried to connect to someoneâ€¦ Improvement needs to be made in that areaâ€¦ It will not stop me from using U-Haul again if ever neededâ€¦ Thank you for your serviceVICKI R.

The app felt like a scam, I used both the online page and the app and neither did a good job. The online app never let me add a photo from my camera. The app didn't let me add a photo to dispute the fuel level at the beginning. (I accepted that it was 1/2 tank even though it was slightly below because the process was taking so long to pick up the truck and I was in a time crunch, moving help was arriving) Then when I returned it (filled up to just over 1/2 tank) it made me say that it was filled up to the next line above 1/2 tank or I'd get extra charges. It felt very scammy. It took only a few seconds to get approved after talking with the agent, but before I said anything in the chat it had been 30-45 minutes of waiting with it saying pending approval.Trezor O.

It was easy and quick to get the truck. It might have been nice to have him or someone point out some features and pointers on how to drive the truck and where certain features are. We didn't know the cab had lights until we had loaded it in the dark already. But it went smooth picking it up and it was in good shape.Stephanie B.

The family owned business renting the trailer to me has always been customer friendly and care!! Honestly, If it were not from that location I probably would have chosen a different rental agency. Professional, kind, caring people..alan G.
The Uhaul location on Bull Dog Boulevard in Provo is excellent. The customer service was fine at this location, but the return location was changed from the original order. There was an issue with the wear on the rear auto transport tires that should have been addresses before the trailer was rented out to me. It looked like the previous renter transported something to heavy for the trailer which had caused tire damage. Luckily my automobile was light enough that the tires didn't wear during my usage, but the issue should have been noticed when the trailer was returned and resolved before it was re-rented to me.Tara H.

serious problem with mobil pick up system and support phone line. Had the very nice owner not shown up when the location was closed, we would not have been able to pick up our truck. We even called the support line the day prior to see if all was in order and the agent couldn't get it to work.Robert H.

Horrible customer service. He took 20 minutes to get to us to begin the process of reserving a uhaul. All the while, he took customers and phone calls in front of us. It was very unprofessional. The guy hooked up the car dolly up and was very polite. The only thing I didn't like about the whole u haul thing was they sent me done to Provo to pick it up from salt lake when the uhaul on 3900 so. State street had 8 car dolls on there lot.anthony L.
