No complaints about the location. However, the toy hauler trailer did not come with any tie-downs, just 2 chains front and back. And no other U-Haul location in Provo had any. How ridiculous. I've never rented an automobile transporter that didn't come with tie-downs. I had to go buy some, which added to my cost of transporting the vehicle. Plus the only ones I could find were somewhat flimsy and "iffy" as to whether they would hold the vehicle. This was unacceptable and not customer-service oriented. Why doesn't U-Haul provide tie-downs?

It was a difficult morning. We were given a number code in the app, rather than a word. The box that we were told our key was in (#1) from the app actually had someone else's key. When the owner came to help, our key was still in the return box, not having been checked in yet. I was called the day before saying our location was being changed and our time (from 7 to 8:30). I said the time had to be 7am and the representative said "I will make a note", but clearly the owner was never told. It was an awful.experience on an already chaotic day. It isn't the location I wouldn't recommend...it is using the Uhaul app I wouldn't recommend because clearly in-person is the only way to ensure you get what you've asked for and that communication within Uhaul has happened.

matt mPerfect job! They came right out and got the keys and that was that.
Dolly WThe passenger side mirror was loose and needed to be adjusted regularly and the windshield was very dirty. The receiving U-Haul location was very good but not the pick up location. The dolly and blankets were not in the truck. I had to go to a different location. I was a little disappointed. The truck drove very nicely!
