They don’t have everything you need there. Would have preferred the main U Haul location instead.
KEITH HEasy pick up process. Everything as expected.
JOSEPH LI asked to drop next to my home and the lady on phone said they could switch my drop off location so I had to leave and drop a extra 30 minutes out of my way waste of my time and fuel. Won't be using them anymore.
gregory hProvide customer service. I went in store to pick up trailer, only to be told use the app. When I had trouble using app, the guy couldn't help and finally said just take the trailer. There was no trailer hookup insepction, althought your website said it was required. I figured it out. An hour later got a call that I hadn't picked up the trailer, I explained I had it and was told it would be taken care of. Finally, that night since I didn't get any text or credit card charge, I realized it still wasn't checkout to me and probably not insured. So, I got on the chat line, I was told I could only have picked up the trailer in the store not on app... you need to get your story straight. Then, was told to call during working hours to get this resolved, why can't chat person do it? So, I said I will take care of it when I returne the trailer as planned. This seemed to trigger correct action as 6am next morning, I got a text that trailer was now checked out to me and my credit card was charged.

Mike TThis is not the drop off that was specified when I rented. I was told the convenient store on Big Hollow Rd. I dropped it there they were not helpful, they didn't look at my paperwork or offer to give me a copy. They also did not explain the process.
BOB BIt was Ace Hardware, not UHaul. Nothing in the paperwork said Ace Hardware. The "manager?" was totally incompetant. It resulted in my leaving the trailer in front of Ace's door. They never even asked my name!
Robert ANot much to say. Dropped the trailer in an easily accessible parking lot. This location offered after hours drop off.
Gary BMy final comment has nothing to do with the locations. This experience was very frustrating because my pickup location change the times. The last time was 54 minutes before I was supposed to pickup. Additionally, I only got 23 hours for my one day one way. I picked up at 2pm, but had to return by 1pm the next day. When did a day go from 24 hours to 23?
BRANDON GI like the people at Ace Hardware when I shop there. However it took approximately 40 mins. This was too long, especially since I had already completed online check in.
RYAN CReserving online was easy. My pickup location was changed at the last minute since a truck wasn’t available at the location I requested. Pickup was easy. The truck was fairly new and very clean. I did get charged for not refilling the gas all the way even though we did. When we registered the gas amount at drop off it was a little deceiving because it asked more specific information than what the truck gives you, which made it a little off. Other than that I would recommend uhaul.
Steven MMy UHaul was easy to locate and was parked in a great location away from other cars / customers. The 24/7 pick-up was simple and quick!
