The cab was disgustingly dirty smelling like cigarettes and weed. No truck dolly and they only had less than half the blankets needed. Outside of truck and windshield was dirty as well.

Rebekah RPick-up store was an Ace Hardware. It was clean and the staff were professional and friendly. This was the first time I’ve ever used a U-Haul to move and they were very helpful and patient with my many questions. I was glad I was able to get there earlier than anticipated because it is located in a run-down area and, as a female, I would not have felt comfortable going there after dark, which was the original plan after U-Haul changed my reservation pick-up location and date.
Darea SIt took over 20 mins to check out. The guy working didn't know how to check out and was not very knowledgeable.
Delia MI was given a tank 3/8 full of gas but was charged extra because it was recorded wrong as 7/16 full.
Ziad MTook a long time to check out because they didn't know their password into the system. They were slow as well. They didn't accurately show how much gas was actually in the tank when we received it. The truck only had a quarter tank of gas but paperwork showed about half-tank. During return, I couldn't find the key box like other u-haul locations. It was hidden behind stuff they sell at Ace Hardware.
Tara MNo one really understood the process. Truck seemed to have issues shifting gears. Forgot to add my equipment.
James MDropped off key and the personnel did said they would process later. After an entire day and a half, I had not received any confirmation that the equipment was return, no receipt either. I had to call to get them to process the return. Very frustrating especially with that amount of money tied up.

Munjalu wI don’t know if I would personally use Uhaul again, this is the worst experience I’ve had with them so far. It took a long time to get my keys and the truck I rented was completely empty on gas, had just enough miles to get to the nearest gas station and ended up having to put $50 in just to get where I needed to be. Not happy with this experience

Roberto JTell people who do 24/7 check in that they need a second piece of confirmation when they pick up. The instructions to open the lock box to get the keys were inaccurate because there was no lock box on the truck. There was no dolly in the truck even though I paid for it.
