I opted for counter pick up as I did not want to go through mobile. A representative called me the day before and said the location I picked wouldn’t have my vehicle so I would have to go to another location. The new location did not have counter pick up and the representative did not change my order to mobile pick up. It was a very ghetto area and I had to wait on hold with support for over 40 minutes until I could get a vehicle not even the right one I tried ordering. I lost money with the movers I had scheduled due to being so late. I will think twice before using this service again.

KATHRYN HNobody knew how to handle the return. Even though we chose to not use the app, and just return at the site, we had to download the app anyway and do it ourselves. They told us the guy who does the u haul returns wasn't working and wouldn't be in for 3 days. Can they not train other workers on how to do a return? What's the point of giving us a choice? Would not recommend this location, and would consider what this does to the reputation of your business.
