The people that were on shift at the time were not trained to facilitate U-Haul rentals. They did what they could to help me, and in the end they got the job done. I would like to see them get more support to help your customers.Kenneth W.

We waited at least 15 minutes to just get a uhaul appliance cart. Then we went to return and they couldn't get the computer to work. Had to wait at least 1/2 hour. Will never use them again..Peggy P.
This place was a joke! I reserved AND paid for a 10 footer. This location called me and told me that they rented out my 10 footer and didnt have another. So they sent me to Twin Falls (1 and q5 minutes away) for a 15 footer. On the way to pick up the 15 foot, the office in Twin Falls calls me and told me they do not have a 15 footer. So they sent me to a town called Buhl for a 20 footer!! I dod the calculations and ended up spending over $600 extra in gas for their screw up! I will not be recomending Uhaul to anyone and will never use them again.Ashley C.

There was poor communication between the employees. When I went to return my rental at the same location I picked up at, they could not explain why my final bill was higher than expected. I was referred to speak with the manager. When we spoke he was rude and condescending. I will not be recommending or returningkristen A.
