they didn't know how to fill out rental paper work.
ROBERT LThe internet was down and the people WERE NOT ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE to help them help me return the rental I used. also, you need to get all the u haul locations networked so that people can return equipment at different locations WITHOUT being penalized, and so the personnel can look up renters information. This part of your service is EXTREMELY BAD.
David AWhen we got to Ace hardware in Buhl, the truck was there but they did not have the other items we had ordered. 1 appliance hand truck, and a dozen moving blankets.

Sherry Dthey waited 7 days to check in the truck they called on the 7th day could not find keys they were in the drop box, they charged the card 435 extra dollars. In my opinion we should have been refunded the entire trip.
JUDY GI was charged for extra insurance that I did not agree to. Everything was entered by the clerk at the site. Uhaul was not helpful at refunding me the overcharged and I never got a call from their representative that they said would call.

Wendy FWe waited at least 15 minutes to just get a uhaul appliance cart. Then we went to return and they couldn't get the computer to work. Had to wait at least 1/2 hour. Will never use them again..
Peggy PThis place was a joke! I reserved AND paid for a 10 footer. This location called me and told me that they rented out my 10 footer and didnt have another. So they sent me to Twin Falls (1 and q5 minutes away) for a 15 footer. On the way to pick up the 15 foot, the office in Twin Falls calls me and told me they do not have a 15 footer. So they sent me to a town called Buhl for a 20 footer!! I dod the calculations and ended up spending over $600 extra in gas for their screw up! I will not be recomending Uhaul to anyone and will never use them again.

James PScheduling computer/phone interface seems very difficult for EVERYONE to use. Needs a back/undo hot button. Took an hour to reserve the truck.
Richard Sthe emails made it sound that the drop-off would be hassle-free and that it wouldn't be anything needed but taking a picture. The employee was helpful but I had to wait around while they looked at things.
