My experience at Ace was 5stars, staff was quick and helpful. My experience with UHaul was 1 star. I reserved a 10ft truck at a specific location, but when I arrived they said that my reservation got transferred an hour prior to my pickup, with no call/voicemail/text/email given to me like they stated in their service notes. I ubered to my original pickup location and had to walk to the location they transferred me to. When I arrived at the new location, they stated that they also do not have a 10ft truck like I reserved and I had to get a 15ft truck. I will be looking to rent from an alternative company next time.
