I went into location to ask more details about before and after hours pick up and returns procedures. Staff answered all questions and were friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this location again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent experience picking up my U-Haul in Vegas! The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and made sure all my needs were met. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

Jena HNeed someone to call me asap. I talked to a girl who transfered me to regional but the call dropped. Called back waited for over an HOUR on hold without ever speaking to anyone then the call drops. Someone fraudulently charged a card multiple times. Trying to solve it with you before we go to the next level. Call me thanks.
