Kenneth SI had a tow dolly for car. When I began my trip, a long the way I stopped, always walking around my vehicles. I noticed the right tail light was not on. I did what I could but light never came on. I went to a uhaul store and told them about light. They told me that I had to call the number on my ticket. It was a emergency number. I never got through. So I continued on. When I reached my destination, I was a couple of hours late. The day I was to return dolly. The rep told me that I owed for being late. And charged my account. I will never use uhaul again. I drove from S.C. to Washington and when I used Uhaul in the past many times They would not worry about small things. The return shop made sure I will never use uhaul again. A. Hernandez

MICHAEL SIt’s one thing. I rented for half of the day, halfway through my trip making my last stops. I noticed I was sent a link to review before I began driving the vehicle, I guess it was pertaining to the vehicles condition in the outer perimeter but I wasn’t aware of the app after I proceeded to drive it. So I disregarded the app, a reminder please let the customer know they will be getting a text message and to open before they pull the vehicle off the rental lot. But other than that it was a fantastic rental service all the way around, if I need to rent again sure to choose this one. Bp

Joshua BYour 1-800 customer service people were really really awful I spoke with a gentleman that was very nice when I tried to extend my contract. He had to transfer me to someone else to help and she was very rude I'm sure you can look at the records and see who I spoke with but she was rude and not helpful at all and instead of helping me extend my contract to save me money, she said there's nothing I can do you're just going to have to pay this exorbitant fee which she said was about double. I sent an email to customer service and have not had a response I'm very upset and will be making sure that I don't recommend U-Haul to anybody ever again. My two locations were very helpful and the two locations that I spoke with on the telephone that I couldn't get to you before they closed because your contract address sent me to a place that was closed. Local help was great your National people suck!

Tony Fstaff was not attentive when i arrived and checked in. The gentleman would become distracted and not focused on the checking in process. I also requested a dolly in my truck. The dolly was placed in the wrong truck so the attendant called me and told me to come back. This cost time and money because i am being charged by mile.
JONATHAN HThe employees are great and the location is great. My suggestion would be to clean the inside out from smells. It smelled like someone had possibly messed in the seat or extremely bad body odor. There wasn't trash in the cab or in the back, but the smell was beyond horrible. Also, having rented twice within a couple of weeks apart, both times when I received the truck it was on 7/8 of a tank for gas. I understand mileage. I also returned the vehicle both times with a FULL tank. I feel as there should be a credit for mileage when the tank is returned with more than when the truck was received. Just my input. Thank you for all that you do!
Theresa WThe gentlemen that were at the location was extremely helpful, respectful, polite and patient. They didn’t have any of the extra items that I requested on my rental. The gentleman explained that the extra items are courtesy items and the system lets you order even if they aren’t in stock. They were kind enough to let me rent a utility dolly from their store but it was so old & rusted looking that I was afraid to use it, so we left it where he placed in the truck. The truck needed to be serviced, the brakes went all the way to the floor, it shook so bad while you were driving and when you made left turns the a/c would become hot. Overall, if it wasn’t for the two gentlemen who were at the store assisting me, I wouldn’t recommend this location or UhAul.
