I love shopping at ACE and this location was especially satisfying. I needed a U-Haul trailer so I reserved one using the online app. When I packed up my brother’s home goods because he had been admitted to a nursing home, I realized I was running later than expected so I called to ask if I could still pick it up. Julian was very kind and extremely helpful telling me “Of course you can”. I was surprised about his sweet response. When I arrived I was lucky to have Julian wait on me. He even remembered me from my call. When I asked about changing the size of the trailer to a smaller size, he checked with another associate, Randy if that was ok to do and he not only said it could be done he made suggestions to Julian on how it could be done. My interaction with all of the associates was such fun and they were all willing to engage with me sharing there thoughts about the Clemson tag on my car. My husband’s favorite college for football since he was born in Charleston and lived the school since was a young child. Even though we lived in UGA country in GA. Randy shared his favorite school was UGA because he was from GA originally. We all laughed together and the entire process of going through the reservation steps was so much more pleasant. Everyone chipped in helpful suggestions and were willing to do anything to satisfy this customer. Paul and Grace were very kind and helpful as well. I would absolutely recommend this location to my friends in SC if they want and easy process working with very kind and helpful ACE associates.
