How U-Haul Reviews WorkWell they told me the truck was at a 1/4 of a tank and that I had to put it back or would charge me alot per gallon not at that level which was fine. When I got in the truck the fuel level was half of that. I already was there for a while waiting on the first truck that the guy came back in and said the battery was shot. So I ended up putting $50 in the truck tank which brought it up to almost half a tank from the fuel light being on keep in mind I drove this truck 10 mins from pick up to my house and the new house was 2 streets over and went 3 time house to house. Other than that it was a nice truck. Next time dont lie about how much gas is in a truck then tell someone your going to charge them over $8 a gallon if not at that level.

Valerian PYour reservation experience was awful! I was moved to two other pick-up locations before getting to a location that was open for business at the reservation time. All done by people in your reservation center sitting at a computer screen and not confirming if location they are sending me is open for business!
