DAVID DCustomer Service was wonderful, friendly helpful. All of that is great. The truck itself was awful. No backup camera the material on the inside roof of the car falling apart the bumper still attached but tie on with straps. The door was horrible when it opened and closed all bent in, but the staff is wonderful. The back of the inside of the truck was nice and clean. The truck itself was nice and clean in the front.

WILLIAM LI was told I could return it to a closer location by one person then I did and was told that I couldn’t. Then I was told that since the location I dropped it off at was closed for 4 days that I would be charged for the extra day and I was. I will never use U-Haul again and will highly recommend no one I know use them. It seems that everyone has a different answer for the same question which tells me that someone is either lieing or doesn’t care enough to try and find out if their answer is the correct one which is extremely lazy. I will honestly say the first guy I talked to which signed my contract seemed knowledgeable about everything and told me that I could return it to a different location for a small fee but the other two people I talked too was rude and didn’t seem to know what they were talking about.

OSCAR JMy family has used Uhaul for years and on this particular time someone brought back a damaged truck! Whiles I was driving it i heard an extremely loud coming from the bend on the driverside all of a sudden I had the cops pull me over because of the plastic fender guard was scrapping hard on the driverside tire about to come off and cause an accident!!! Which would have messed my CDL license up and that would have been terrible for me and my family! I will continue to use Uhaul as long as I/we are in need!

JONATHON AThe U-Haul truck broke down on me. It was pouring down rain and the windshield wipers stop working. The motor went bad. I had to wait on the side of an unsafe and busy interstate until the rain cleared enough for me to drive to my destination. I was not offered a discount for my inconvenience. Nor was I credited any money back . I burned a lot of fuel sitting on the side of the road trying to stay warm . I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. Instead , I keep getting a charge from U-Haul . Very unprofessional!! Faulty equipment!! U-Haul truck did not have any hazard lights. So I was a sitting Duck on the side of a busy and unsafe Interstate. I will never return nor will I recommend this facility to anyone. Not even close relatives or family.

Joseph RAt this location if you need a U-Haul truck you need to speak to Joe, he will get you all that you need answer all your questions and if you are confused about the size of a truck you need, Joe will walk you to all the size trucks in the lot so that you can see what size work for you. Ask for Joe.

TIMOTHY BDropping off at Ace Hardware was great. It was easy. I didn’t actually interact with any employees although it was business time and it was open. I didn’t have the need to contact or speak with any employees of Ace Hardware itself because it was easy and self-explanatory on the app to return the truck
JENISE PWe received a U-Haul that had a hole in the roof that was taped with one piece of duck tape. It was raining the entire 3 days that we were moving.As a result, I have at least $10,000 worth of damage to my mattresses, beds, water damage to my nightstands, etc. I don’t even know where to begin with how upset I am. I’ll be filing an insurance claim. I should have used Penske.

Charell Wso far I have been over charged for some reason.. I dropped the equipment off Sunday night and notified them. and it was not checked in until tuesday at 7 am when the store was not even open. I will be happy when my money is refunded.
