Faster pickup, the last few uhaul reservations have been an absolute disaster and I’m never notified until I get there that there’s any issues
IKEEM MI requested a dollie and there wasn’t one in the truck. There wasn’t anything to help with the move at all.
Jacqueline CI was charged for gas even though I put in over $16 and was over 3/4 mark. Paperwork says 15/16 and I have a picture of the gas gauage showing starting odometer and the gas was clearly below 3/4 full
Mark TAs it was raining the agent park a truck next to me without acknowledgment! I have to walk in the rain to the store and have him radioed in ! He took the key and said an email receipt! This was before 5 pm still haven’t seen One ! First I texts notice to pick a trailer for a discount and at pick up location I asked the rep who told not to worry about that as I said I would like to do I can get some savings! Most strange thing is that I never sign the contract that was emailed to me ! Poor and poor business this time !

GLENN FWe arrived to only have the person who needed to handle it not be at work yet. No one seemed able to tell us when or able to step in and help. Considering we had limited time to do our move this did delay us and caused us to travel more miles than intended to stay on uhaul time line not ours.

ILYA PInterior, cab nor cargo area, cleaned between rentals. There was trash in the cab and debris in the cargo area. Would have been nice if someone took a broom to it, though I understand the location isn't really equipped to clean vehicles. The quoted mileage rate at UHaul.com is $.89 per mile. In store it is quoted at $.99 per mile.

Bob DWhen I dropped off the truck - the person at the store said the uhaul service was closed for the day(?) even though the store was open. I brought the truck back 2 hours earlier than required. I gave him the key and left. Was not going to come back the next day.
DAVID YThe rubber mat in the back of the fan set off my latex allergy - having a mat was good, but given the number of people with latex allergies, maybe you could use another material for safety.

Scott LMy problem now is what i was charged for the one way rental from Wichita Falls Tx to Middletown Ct. They charged me a flat rate of 2015 miles. The mileage by goggle and waze is only 1715. I actually traveled 1693. That's 322 miles different and I had to pay for that. When I called the U haul main office I was told they charge a flat rate but if I went over the mileage they would charge me a mileage rate of $1.09 per mile. So, are u charging me flat or mileage rate. If u charge flat rate you need to correct your mileage. If you charge mileage. I should get a $350.00 refund. I will never use U haul again.

Edgar FDuring pick up Joe was amazing. Drop off wasn't so pleasant. Kid was rude. Didn't even want to give me a recipt & I brang truck back more then what they gave it to me with and couldn't even take of 5 or 10$ absolutely ridiculous. He did not have very good customer services skills. Next time maybe I'll chose a different location.
Jacqueline BI had an awful experience with the drop off at this location. Left the key in the drop off box and was told a day later that the truck wasn't technically dropped off on time and it was a day late! Ridiculous even after explaining my situation was talked to very rude. Gave uhaul a call and they fixed everything.
Aimee FEverything was as expected. Very much pleased with the service. Awesome ace hardware store. They are one of the best hardware stores I've been in. Well stocked with everything anyone would need. Having Rental trucks are a big plus.
John PThe truck I reserved was unavailable. They gave me a larger truck to accommodate and assured me I wouldn’t be charged extra as this was their mistake. I was definitely charged a double rental fee!!! They haven’t even gotten back to my inquiry about it! Grrrr…would NOT use Ace Hardware as a pick up place! They are extremely confused about everything involving with U-Haul!
Heather ZI told the address of my destination to the woman who checked me out, yet when I returned the U-Haul (to a location 10 miles further than the nearest location) I was charged for a mileage overage and not refilling the gas, despite it being at 1/2 when I left and 1/2 when I returned it

Gina MIt was incredibly difficult to get the information documents sorted out. I had already provided my information to the website and during a phone call the day before the rental, so when they made me do it all again at the pick-up, it was a little frustrating. The most frustrating part was that they require all transaction be done via smartphone. I know many people find this convenient, but if the wi-fi isn't cooperating (which it wasn't, we couldn't get the links open on my father's phone), it can cause issues for some renters. They have no alternative method of taking license information. I've only ever rented trucks from U-Haul at official locations before, and those are smooth and easy transactions. Additionally, they did not have all the equipment I had reserved.
