There was a huge bee in the truck. Thankfully we weren’t stung and aren’t allergic to bees but it could have been tragic for someone who is.

App was ridiculously slow. Took 35 minutes for us to be approved and start driving. The app needs work. Slow and a pain. Not convenient at all.

Mohamed FThis was a terrible experience. We got a grossly overpriced truck and couldn’t even have it for the full time needed. I know that I did not rent it for just 4 hours because I knew I needed it for longer. It was not made clear when booking that I would have just 4 hours. We had to do the job of a rental agent during the mobile check in and drop off. So they charge a ridiculous amount of $, aren’t clear on what you are getting, and then you have to do the work of one of their employees to pick up and drop off. I will never again rent from U-Haul.
