We arrived to only have the person who needed to handle it not be at work yet. No one seemed able to tell us when or able to step in and help. Considering we had limited time to do our move this did delay us and caused us to travel more miles than intended to stay on uhaul time line not ours.

ANGEL RTruck was dirty, wasn't professional people this location.
ILYA PInterior, cab nor cargo area, cleaned between rentals. There was trash in the cab and debris in the cargo area. Would have been nice if someone took a broom to it, though I understand the location isn't really equipped to clean vehicles. The quoted mileage rate at UHaul.com is $.89 per mile. In store it is quoted at $.99 per mile.
