This was a terrible experience. We got a grossly overpriced truck and couldn’t even have it for the full time needed. I know that I did not rent it for just 4 hours because I knew I needed it for longer. It was not made clear when booking that I would have just 4 hours. We had to do the job of a rental agent during the mobile check in and drop off. So they charge a ridiculous amount of $, aren’t clear on what you are getting, and then you have to do the work of one of their employees to pick up and drop off. I will never again rent from U-Haul.

The AC didn’t work in the van

Michael MU-Haul customer service was awful. I reserved on line and everything was confirmed. The day before my pick up they call to tell me that my reservation could not be accommodated. They were rude not helpful. I would never recommend anyone to U-Haul. Your 24 hr customer service was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful.
