WILLACOOCHEE #1. The drop off was an easy, easy process. The staff was the best, very welcoming and helpful. We did a walk-around inspection of the trailer, dropped it in the parking spot, and were done. I would definitely recommend Ace Hardware of Willacoochee.

Jerry M3 employees, but only one could help and he was busy duct taping another clients tarp around their load, waited 20 minutes with the only words spoken to me after I told them I was returning a trailer were “oh, he’s the only one that can help you but he’s busy right now so you will have to wait” , just put trailer where I thought I should, used the self return on the app and left…still no one approached.
